I’ve spent a full week with my family (1 child 6y and 1y) in this beautiful place, located in the countryside of S. Pietro in Bevagna. We have found it a perfect combination for sightseeing the beautiful beaches around in the morning, explore the towns/cities around in the afternoon or just enjoy the relaxing atmosphere around the swimming pool. A special mention has to be addressed to Fabio and the entire staff, with their sympathy, attention and professionalism, we felt at home and safe. Further, good food, top pillow/bed as well rest of facilities in the room. Tips to improve: enlarge assortment with more local products (breakfast as well dinner) and keep more attention in coffee, in Italy is a must !!! Again thanks for all the warm attentions…. we will come back for sure.

Five star experience. This winery lodge is a hidden gem in this area. Welcomming by two smiling indian guys. A beautiful swimmingpool behind the walls. Exclusive design all the way. Wonderful rooms, clean and fresh. Exclusive beds. Everything top notch. You will meet friendly Fabio, the owner. Smiling guy that will become a friend. The breakfast can be done better. A hotel at this level, one could wish for fresh bread…some more fruits and better sortiment on the buffet. Im sure they will improve that in high season. Will definitely come back her. Strongly recomended.

Salento Winery Lodge is a brandnew hotel in Manduria, San Pietro in Bevagna. Only 1500 meters from the sandy beach i San Pietro, but You don´t have to go to the beach every day cause the hotel have an excellent pool with comfortable sunbeds and sunumbrellas. The hotel is built with tasteful architecture and has high standard in every detail. The restaurant serve excellent food, and You always get nice service because the staff and the management are great!!

Great property
The property is gorgeous. Brand new and modern. The pool is beautiful. Right when we walked in we were greeted by Fabio and offered 2 glasses of champagne and our bags were brought to our room. The room is beautiful and modern. The bathroom was beautiful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of free parking on site. Get the included breakfast. Eggs were made to order whatever time you woke up and were fantastic. Go to samania beach for a close nice beach with beds and sandy beach. I would recommend to go and see Santa Caterina beach and area. It was wow. I want to send a special message to Fabio the property manager. He went above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable and making reservations and recommendations for us all over puglia. His attention to detail was second to none and just a great nice guy. Thank you for everything Fabio and if I come through puglia again I will be sure to visit

A lot of potential. Not quite luxury yet.
The Salento Winery Lodge has so much potential but there seems to be a few teething problems with staffing, processes and infrastructure.
We had no working WiFi for the duration of our stay (3 days), the bath in the junior suite looks very welcoming, but the water wasn’t hot or powerful enough to be able to run a warm, let alone hot, bath.
There were issues with the timing of our room being cleaned/not cleaned each day, and there was general disorganisation with staff during breakfast with requests/orders being overlooked etc.
I informed the one English-speaking staff member of our early check out the day before but there were no customer facing staff available on check-out.
The owner was also very keen to make use the facilities at the same time as guests - both he and his mum, which did impact the feel of a ‘boutique’ experience.
Also alarmingly, one of the buildings seemed to have a cctv camera pointing directly at the lol area.
Beautiful pool area. The suites will benefit from another year of plant growth to provide privacy from the pool area.

Nous avons séjourné près d’une semaine dans ce très beau lodge à l’architecture flatteuse , mais qui demanderait un encadrement plus professionnel. Si nous avons apprécié l’hébergement et la belle piscine, nous avons dû hélas déplorer la qualité du service et un petit déjeuner plutôt minimaliste. Ces prestations ne méritent en aucun cas un classement en 4* et ne justifient pas la facturation élevée du séjour (300 €/jour fin juin 2025) . Le lodge est situé en rase campagne , à l’écart de la mer et de toute animation estivale. Le parking est situé sur un terrain vague , sans surveillance . Le lodge accueille par ailleurs des invités extérieurs pour des événements festifs dont on se demande bien ce qu’ils viennent faire là…Si nous avons donc beaucoup apprécié la suite que nous avions réservée, nous ne sommes pas pour autant conquis par ce séjour.
