There is minimarket nearby and shared kitchen is available for guests. Hostel provide support for multiple tours around San Pedro de Atacama. I booked for Moon Valley and Astronomico Tours and they were amazing!

Very clean and nice hostel. Very friendly staff and very helpful. Great facilities for this price. Excellent place. Clean room, friendly staffs and helpful. Never once they didnt SMILE to their customers. It's been many times for me to check in with this hotel

The check in was smooth. I as a non-Chilean didn't need to pay the extra taxes. It's 1.5km from centro, but that's not a big problem. I walked back and forth to centro, and I felt safe even at late night. The room was ok. The bunk bed was sturdy. There were 3 living areas: indoor, roofed outdoor, and rooftop. Rey Lagarto has the typical international hostel vibes and services. The major room for improvement was the wifi, which was slow and unstable. I'm not sure if this was about the geography of Atacama.

2일 지내고, 추가 2일을 지내려했지만 추가2일중 하루가 모든방이 판매완료가 되서 다른곳으로 다른곳으로 가보고나서 이곳이 너무 그리웠나는거는 비밀 옥상에 따뜻한 햇살로 쉴수있는 공간과 해먹 빨래를 말리기 좋은 공간. 진짜 금방마름 주방화구도 많아서 인원들이 몰려도 요리하기 좋음 커피와 티를 무료로 마실수있음 친절한 근무자들까지!! 여행하며 딱 내가 좋아하는 조건들이 갖춰진 시설이였음 강추👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

I spent a wonderful week in San Pedro at this hostel. The walk to the village is a mystic one, with the Andes and the Licancabur volcano at the horizon. Don’t need to stay at the center, all tours and the airport shuttle pick you up directly at your place. Rest of the time you can chill at the hostel, it has three different areas with a beautiful terrace.

The bed broke in the middle of the night and we had to fix it. The staff was nowhere to be seen and they put loud music till 10pm. The sheets were dirty and the shower drain was a hole that filled the room with sewer stench. It was the only hostel in a month of travelling that asked for half of the price paid in advance a month ahead. We paid 46$ for one night which is not even close to a good quality/price standard. Moreover, the attached picture shows how professional the manager is. She sent this private text on my WhatsApp, making fun of me and of my review.We travel a lot and never happened to be treated like that.

This place is great for a couple of days in San Pedro de Atacama. The kitchen is super well equipped, the bathrooms are clean and with hot water, there is a lot of space to chill and hang around (the terrace can be super hot though), and the ladies at the reception are a gem. Definitely recommend staying there. It’s not the closest to the center, but definitely walkable, and there are restaurants and grocery shops around the corner.

I loved my stay, I had an incredible time. It is clean and tidy while still being entertaining, the common spaces work very well, creating the ideal climate for interaction between travelers. Additionally, the staff (Yanet) is super friendly and helped us with all our questions, and when we had a problem with another hostel and we had to leave that one, the Lizard King welcomed us with open arms, providing us with solutions and a great place. . The only thing that would improve would be the air conditioning since we get very hot at night. In conclusion, it is a hostel that is totally worth it and has the best price/quality ratio.
