Ittai Hotel

Horrible attention since we arrived, I asked the concierge if it was possible to enter our room while my lady was checking in, since she needed to occupy the bathroom, (we were coming from Iquique, a 7-hour trip) to which she replied that it was not possible since she had to pay for the room first and that those were the rules and that the rest was not her problem, that she use the public bathroom that was available at the entrance, which I refused since we are in a pandemic and I asked my lady if it was a joke, since I couldn't believe the little sense of this Lady and her rude way of responding, at that moment we should have left but, it wasn't like that due to the high temperatures here in San Pedro and the need to stay at that time, then we called because there was no signal on the TV and the concierge cut us off the call saying that it was windy and there was no solution until tomorrow. 130,000 wasted on the DIRTY GREEN POOL, With incomplete services in the room, NO SIGNAL ON TV, my lady just asked what time the restaurants are open as the hotel is in a dark cul-de-sac. The Hotel is a total fiasco, for the value they ask for, the least they should offer is good service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AWFUL ATTENTION AND POOR SERVICES.

Um hotel com boa estrutura mas com uma péssima gestão. Recepcionista antipática, lobby sem decoração, quartos sem ar condicionado, frigobar, e sem uma boa ventilação.Café da manhã bem fraco. Piscina grande mas abandonada e tudo sem paisagismo.

Um hotel com potencial para ser muito bom, mas que deixa a desejar em vários aspectos. Piscina com fundo descascado causando impressão de sujeira, quartos com roupa de cama antiga demais, não há ar condicionado nem frigobar e os produtos oferecidos pelo bar do hotel eram limitados. Seria bom varrer embaixo das camas.
