Wouldn’t recommend for families who have children around the ages of 5+, the entertainment is very childish for older children, I went with my 7 year old twin godsons, their mum and nan. Not even 2 days into our holiday (6-13th August) we had our room infested with ants coming from the bathroom sink, crawling all over our toothbrushes and everything. Staff didn’t offer to move us and just sent cleaners round and even afterwards still had ants in our room I ended with numerous bites. No water bottles offered in the rooms and no towel cards either, not a friendly resort and even after the cleaner has been around it’s filthy. if you want to ‘rent’ a towel from them it’s €20. Went and bought one from the shop outside for €11 instead. Won’t be returning and don’t recommend to anyone else either.

We’ve just come back from a week’s stay here and it was very pleasant. We arrived at the hotel at around 12:30 and our room wasn’t ready to check into, but we were given our all inclusive bands to take advantage of the bar and restaurant whilst we waited. The room was clean and ours overlooked the pool furthest from the bar, and was in a direction where we wouldn’t be hit by the sun which had pros and cons. The room didn’t come with a fridge (superior twin) which would have been handy as we had a little one and would have benefitted from storing some cool snacks in one for him but we know for next time! The food was average; it offered simplicities like pasta, chips and pizza for the kids and some exotic choices for adults, and plenty of fresh fruit. However my husband did have some raw chicken which put him off the meat for a few days. When it’s warm enough the pool closest to us offered some fun activities such as aqua gym, pool football and water carpet which both kids and adults can partake in. It was a great experience doing these and there’s some other activities hosted by the hotel staff such as yoga, mini golf, etc. However when it is raining there is limited activities for children and we did struggle when we had two days of rain. Another surprising feature was there is a coin operated washing machine and dryer which is accessible to anyone in the hotel. Definitely a great option for when you’ve run out of weather appropriate clothes! I’m going to finish the review by saying how amazing the staff are in this hotel. From the reception desk to the domestics and the dinner waiters, everyone was smiley, helpful and made our stay a great one. I’d recommend this hotel for a cheap break if you’re not planning on leaving your hotel, as there isn’t much to do in close proximity unless you’re planning to hop on a bus. We walked quite a distance to explore the surroundings but I wouldn’t call the area ‘touristy’ which was nice in some way.

4th visit,feels like coming home,so relaxing and friendly. Staff are outstanding at this hotel,many have worked he for decades and are just lovely and so very hard working and efficient. Upgrade to a delux room if you can,well worth the extra for size and position of room. Food and drinks are very good,this is a 3 star hotel so if you want cordon bleu pay 3 times the amount. The setting of the hotel is so pretty and Spanish,the gardener is just brilliant with amazing planting and the courtyard is a real pleasure to sit in.

Had a fabulous week here! Amazing for the price and the workers, work so hard night and day to keep it looking clean and tidy! Plenty of choice of food each meal and the snack bar. We where worried about the bad reviews but we had the best holiday here, we did reserve sunbeds as we are a family of 5 and struggled to get beds together if we didn't but we didn't move from the pool from morning till night! We will defo return again and do not worry about the nad reviews

This is the third consecutive time we (nanny, grandad, daughter and granddaughter) have stayed at Cortijo Blanco. We love it here, the rooms are clean and were serviced daily, the Animation team, particularly Piotras and Lordes were excellent. We have always enjoyed the food and this trip was no exception. The hotel staff are friendly, professional and helpful. The grounds are kept immaculate. The first time we came was after reading glowing reviews from holiday makers who were returning year after year. We are now among that number I think. The day before we came back to England in August 2025 we booked for 10 days at the end of August 2026. Can't wait to get back 😄. Fully recommended.

It does what it says on the tin its a 3 star hotel so don't expect luxury, We arrived at the hotel around 1pm and our rooms we ready and check in was quick and efficient, Walking through the grounds to our rooms it was clean and tidy though a little tired looking in places the rooms are basic but clean and tidy the only problem we had was with the shower as it's on the wall in the middle of the bath not at either end which caused the bathroom to flood every time you had a shower, The pool is very gritty at the bottom resulting in cut feet if your not careful but the staff did keep the area around the pool very clean. We found all the staff to be very friendly and they worked really hard to keep everything clean. The restaurant does get busy but we always found somewhere to sit the food does get samey and by the end of the holiday we never wanted to see pasta or chips again but their was always fruit and salad available. If you want a break from the hotel Buddies across the road is very good for food but there isn't much around the hotel apart from a couple of shops and the supermarket but for a 3 star hotel you cant really complain
