We stayed starting Dec 1-2023. We resrved 3 rooms as we went with our family. Two of the rooms didn't have bath towels in them (we had to ask for them). One of the rooms had poor maintenance (craks on the winow that made imposible to live with so many mosquitoes entering the room). I rain all day on the first day, so our kids shoes were quie muddy after they have been playing outside, W asked the kids to remove teir shoes and wash their feet. To our surprise, there was nothing to mp the floor with after removing all the mud, so we have to use the hand towels to remove the mud from the bathroom floor. To our suurprise they charged us 10,000 ARS for damaging two hand towels (worth not more than 1000 ARS each) saying that by hotel's policy, muddy towels are not washed, so they gave the towels back to us. I think this was abusive, so I'm writing this review to make future guest aware of this scam.

Buena relacion propuesta precio, acertadas las promociones por estadías prolongadas, buena atencion en la recepcion del hotel centro . A considerar , carta acotada del restaurant del centro, quizás sea innecesario tener un costo tan elevado para la propuesta de parrilla al mediodia para picar en la pileta ($10000 un choripán). Chapeau y todas las menciones que se les pueda ocurrir para Martin, lo que se dice un Monstruo , el tipo te anima la vida. Pasion por su trabajo , amor por lo que hace son evidencias de su desempeño,

Muy bueno el complejo con todas las actividades que ofrecen: toboganes de agua, tenis, padel, fútbol, pileta, pool, ping pong, etc. Mención especial para Martin de la animación que le pone toda la onda. La única crítica es que las paredes de las habitaciones no aíslan bien el ruido.

El hotel tiene una recepción con personal muy atento pero poco resolutivo, las piletas no están del todo limpias, los vestuarios y baños sucios con olores, no hay actividad bien organizada ni información clara, la habitación ruidosa en relación a las vecinas, la carta del restaurante no es variada y los precios son excesivos si se tiene en cuenta la calidad de la comida.

El lugar es muy bello. Diría que tiene lo esencial para ser único. La atención del personal también es muy esmerada. Todo el predio denota algo de abandono. No sé cómo explicarlo pero semejante escenario debería ser mejor mantenido. Además los valores son muy altos.

Me he hospedado 2 veces en este lindo hotel.Hermosos dias de descanso! Lugar ideal para ir con chicos pequenos, mucho entretenimiento para ellos. Las habitaciones muy confortables y limpias. El personal super agradable y comimos rico. Muy lindo lugar para desconectar!

El complejo es muy grande, con entretenimiento para toda la familia. La habitación muy amplia con balcón y vista al río. Mucho verde, muchas opciones de piscina y juegos acuáticos que podremos usar cuando volvamos en verano. Para invierno la piscina del spa, es súper agradable y para los mayores tienen otra piscina de agua caliente con hidromasajes. El restaurante riquísimo con un gran desayuno. Y todo el personal muy amable

Fuimos el fin de semana largo del 20/6/24 3 noches 2 adultos, 1 niño de 7 años y 1 niña de 3 años. El precio no es acorde a lo que ofrecen. Uno ve la web, se hace una muy buena idea y cuando va la realidad es totalmente distinta. Lo que se ve en la web fue hace muchos años, despues falto mantenimiento e inversión. HABITACION Nos alojamos en una habítación de categoria superior. Los sommiers estaban vencidos. 2 de los 3 dias nos dieron las toallas para bañarnos a las 19.30 hs, despues de haberlas pedido varias veces. El placard no tenia estantes ni cajones. DESAYUNO En gral es completo y muy bueno. Pedimos comidas sin tac y en 4 desayunos nunca tardaron menos de 30 minutos en traerlo, lo preparan a parte, no esta disponible en el buffet con el resto de las cosas. ALMUERZO Y CENA En gral la comida es muy buena aunque un poco cara. Solo 2 o 3 opciones sin tac en toda la carta, algo inaceptable para un hotel La comida es a la carta o se puede contratar media pensión(en mi opinión es mas caro). Al restaurante puede ingresar gente de afuera del hotel. Al que se hospeda podrían cobrale un poco menos ya que te esta pagando la habitación. Solo hacen un 10% de descuento por pago en efectivo. RECREACION Para adultos no hay, a pesar de que consulte antes de venir y me dijeron que habia. Para chicos decir que tenes recreacion que son 3 o 4 actividades en el dia es muy poco. El kids club abre solo de 10 a 18 hs. Hicieron taller de pulseras y era 1 sola por chico. Canchas de tenis, padel y futbol en muy mal estado La tirolesa me la quisieron cobrar aparte.
