My wife and I have been staying ten days in full comfort and adventure. And that is why, unlike many guests who generally sit on the grounds of the term care, we used the Hotel as a wonderful support base, to turn in the radius of more than 100 km, wonderful naturalist and landscaped places. But we come to the description of the hotel that we thought ordered very clean and furnished with the right sobriety in the details. The discreetly large room has all the comforts and everything works and ordered. The hotel has many beautiful places to stay and relax, from the Hall, to open-air lounges in the garden with fontanella, a comfortable tivu room and a great gym, pool and more. The beautiful room is the tables equipped with elegant and professionalism as well as the service and availability of staff and gentle owners. The hotel is located on the nearby road to the centre, so comfortable to visit the city, walking. The informal and tendency-based environment has been voted on the modern approach to the offer of services. The room is not very large and has essential furniture that is comfortable for one night. I was absolutely thrilled with this hotel for my stay in San Pellegrino! Probably the best value out of any place I have ever stayed in my life (and I travel non stop). The check in process was seamless and the staff were incredibly helpful. Andrea was a stand out as he gave me great advice on hiking trails, where to get some essentials, and some recommendations for the spa and area. The room was wonderful, made even more exceptional by the complementary minibar full of local snacks and a range of San Pellegrino beverages to try. Not only this but the complementary toiletry kit was a super high standard and very luxurious. I loved using the Marshall amp speaker for my music and was pleased by the supersonic hairdryer. This was a 10/10 stay, I only wish I had longer here it was hard to leave. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this hotel to absolutely anybody, even the most discerning of guests. There's not enough good words that can be said about the skills and training of the front desk staff, the breakfast servers, the evening dining room staff, and the housekeeping ladies. I am what is now being referred to as a ”Digital Nomad,” single, solo and senior traveler... and this hotel really fits my needs. Sure it could be €10 cheaper, but the room has an excellent long work countertop, WiFi Internet, large bed for sleep and for organizing travel bags, bathroom with both a tub and a walk-in shower correctly designed for use, and the food service is quite amazing. While you do need to take the taxi to most places, unless you drive, there is a major shopping mall just across the highway, and an unadvertised underground tunnel to get to the other side of the road and to that shopping center! I am not a fancy restaurant person, but the restaurant accommodates me with a very simple selection of food by my request. Both at breakfast and at dinner, the dining room is usually packed with happy diners and eaters. While I sit there with my simple food selection at dinner, I do admire the variety of Italian dishes that are ordered by other diners. Maybe I can't eat the spicy food but it sure looks good! And the other guests are very happy! I have used the Hotel's driver to taxi me to and from a variety of locations: BGY airport, Bergamo train Station, as well as the Covid vaccination center! He can be booked by SMS text and WhatsApp. Extremely easy to communicate with- both digitally and in multiple languages. The hotel is off the beaten track, therefore the taxi rides are going to be 10 additional euro from what might be expected in more urban areas. This is one of my more favorite hotels of any brand. While I rate the location as poor because you need to drive to get almost anywhere, the remoteness of the location is in itself a plus if you are residing here for more than just an overnight, because the landscaping is simple yet comforting, and major parking is underground.

We had an initial issue with our air conditioning not working but the team at the hotel moved us to another room which was much cooler. Staff are very nice and the breakfast is amazing value. Very close to the station and metro so ideal if you want to travel the area as we did. Iseo on the lakes a great day out by train.

I expected from the photos much more than this. The hotel is nice and quiet, the mattress quite comfortable but ...
