Lovely little hotel.
Comfortable rooms with soft linen and large beds.
The hotel was very accommodating when we requested an extra bed be put into the room. This was done at a cost of 600 Baht.

I stayed here with my mom and grandma (who have mobility issues) and the experience was exceptional. The hotel staffs and owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, treating us like family and offering amazing support, especially for my grandma. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily without us even needing to ask. The location is ideal — it's in a peaceful area, just a 10-minute drive from Chiang Mai’s main attractions and the airport. It’s perfect for families or even solo travelers looking for a quiet escape from the busy city, while still being close enough to get around easily. The complimentary airport pickup and drop-off is also a great bonus. And I can’t forget the adorable hotel cat, which added a lovely, homey touch to our stay!

I really liked this hotel, it’s near the ancient city but in a quiet neighborhood. I thought everything was great: staff, bed, pool, and other things. I would definitely return.

Beautiful accommodation away from the busy streets. Staff were very profession and helpful. Breakfast was a delicious buffet and their coffee is top class. I forgot my hat there and came back 10 days later to pick it up.

Overall I liked the hotel. Location is around 10 min walk to the southern gate of the old city. The hotel provides a free shuttle/tuktuk to 2 of the old city gates. You can take it one way and then either walk back or take a cheap GRAB.
Rooms and hotel are nicely decorated. My room had a nice balcony with 2 chairs overlooking the pool area. Pool looked nice but I didn't use it. Bed and pillows were soft. Shower had very hot water. AC was really strong. My one complaint is the floors. The tiles were very dirty. I posted 2 photos from my room. I wouldn't use it to determine my stay there again but would be good if the hotel did a better job cleaning them. Room had complimentary potato chips, instant noodles, soda, juice and water.
Breakfast was from 7-10am and was included in the room fee. I've stayed at other hotels in Chiang Mai and this place had my least favorite breakfast. Eggs were cold both days. Fruit wasn't sweet both days. Just a normal buffet type breakfast.

Loved loved this little hotel! We came back several times on the same trip. It’s really charming. The staff are great. Breakfast v good choices and the Lana rooms are stylish and super comfy. Highly recommended. We also liked the neighbourhood. It’s a short walk from the old city, quiet and local feel. Not as touristy. 5 out of 5 from us.
