My partner and I stayed for four days and the truth is that everything was excellent. Quick check in and check out, large and comfortable rooms, it even had a balcony. The varied and rich breakfast. Since we went in October, the seasonal pool was closed but we used the Roman bath, which is a hot water pool that was great and since it was very hot one day, they lowered the temperature so we could continue using it. The “Los Nogales” Restaurant was also good, with rational prices (keep in mind that it is closed on Sundays) and the same with the lobby bar. The weakest point was the Spa, for which we paid separately, we saw it was deteriorated and quite small, but we rescued the massages which were very good. On the other hand, it is far from the city center but on an avenue that can be reached in 15 minutes by car. In summary, we had a very pleasant stay, we will return without a doubt and we recommend it

Our experience was very good. Large park with two pools, one large main pool, which has a bar service, chairs, lounge chairs, and a second smaller heated pool near the main pool. The rooms in case the Std, were very spacious as was the bathroom. In this area the only thing they should improve is: a. The lack of a minibar. b. One detail, the shower and the bathtub are separate, leaving the shower very very small. The attention of the staff was very correct and the ladies at the restaurant were very empathetic and attentive. The breakfast, criticized by many, was impeccable, a large assortment of fruits, pastries, juices, coffee, teas, milk, etc. The colonial-type building (1957) restored in 2000, very nice. There are some details that should not be allowed to deteriorate, such as taking care of paint, tiles and blinds (in the annex) that should prevent them from deteriorating to maintain the general condition. The looby is very spacious and well-kept. The bar is very well placed, but it would seem a bit expensive. The restaurant, with very abundant dishes and of very good quality and quality, also the place is very nice. The prices may be a little high, but the location and the attention make up for it. The attention was great!! From the manager to the maid who took care of cleaning the room! Everyone is very willing… the food is top-notch! Yes super generous cans…. An amazing place! Truly a dream hotel, with a very large and perfectly preserved Spanish-style construction, excellent service in both rooms and concierge, a charming bar and a luxury restaurant! Not to mention the huge park with its own zoo and two large pools!! The tranquility of that place is immense!!!

The Hotel is beautiful, the architecture is impressive, the park is very nice, the pools are beautiful. Very good food and service in the restaurant. Excellent breakfast. Spacious rooms, very comfortable beds and comfortable bathroom. In general everything is very good, but details are missing that would make the stay much more pleasant: It cannot be that a hotel of this category offers rooms without a minibar, (even if they are standard), nowadays, any much cheaper hotel offers this comfort. The pool closes at 8:00 p.m., but at 6:00 p.m. they close the bar, so with this heat, outside of those hours, to have something cool while enjoying the water, you have to go to the reception bar. Added to that there is NOT a single umbrella in the pool! To have shade you have to seek shelter under the trees, which are several meters away. There are no tables either, only lounge chairs in the pool or armchairs in the park, so to support personal items, either another armchair is used or directly on the floor, where there are many ants. The hot water pool (very high for the summer) has a single broken shower. If you want to cool off, you should do so with the bottom faucet. If check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out at 11:00 a.m., they should at least allow you to deliver the room at that time, but be able to use the facilities, for example, being able to stay in the pool until completing the 24-hour stay, that is , until 3:00 p.m., without having to pay late check out. The hotel should have a games room with a ping pong table, pool, tables to play cards... Investing in minibars, umbrellas, tables and a games room would offer greater comfort and compliance to guests.

They are not up to what one pays. When no one goes, don't start crying, today with the crisis it helps you, tomorrow I don't know. Stop your tricks on your website of only offering the most expensive, make your list price big and if that price is discounted. They charge in advance and clarify that there are no refunds, so if their service was poor I am not entitled to refunds??? If you are used to being ignored then go easy.

We were there from 7 p.m. on 10/19 until 11 a.m. on Friday 10/20. Enough time to enjoy the excellent attention of the staff, the excellent sobriety of the room, an excellent breakfast in the beautiful dining room overlooking the park. Touring the park we saw that it needs a little maintenance, but we were lucky enough to meet Lucio, an excellent human being who told us a little history in the 23 years he has been working. He was surprised when we told him that we had known the hotel since 1962. Since 1963 we have been in Buenos Aires but always wanting to see it again, and now the opportunity arose. And yes, we recommend it to our friends.

I had a very bad time with the family members who accompanied me at check-in due to the surprisingly disrespectful treatment we received from the hotel manager (that's how he identified himself). Unfortunately I can no longer recommend this hotel - not until this manager continues to serve guests. The rest of the staff, the stay, the room, etc. without problems.

No room (I have stayed several times) has a mirror large enough to see your entire body. Especially essential for women. Lack of a simple elevator (today they are hydraulic and simple). They have had 70 years to do it! A hotel that claims to be high class cannot not have a valet for suitcases. There are times when none of the staff can be found. It looks more like a convent than a hotel. Restaurant: limited menu of offers, and very low quality. We ordered something as simple as flan for dessert, but there were no EGGS to make them! The only acceptable thing; breakfast.

Large and well-kept living room and kitchen. Everything is stately, the staircase, the rooms, the bathroom, the balconies. It is to go and stay the day at the facilities. It has a sauna. Dinner is served with style as well, the waitresses are very kind and friendly and there are several of them. There are waiters and cooks. Although it does not have as many passengers, since it is not a centrally located hotel. But it is unmissable. We spent an unforgettable week. I want to come back . We went by train, the ticket was very cheap. And the price of each day is not expensive. In November they charged us 9,500. When another very uncomfortable hotel charged us double.
