Very nice territory, cool garden, swimming pool and short way to the sea. Convenient to cook yourself, chilling at the spacious terrace. Special big thanks to the reception team support and smiling girl at the beach bar, they were all acting at the high level of service, always ready to help the client, even overcoming the expectations I would say. Me and son would love to come here next year.

We got back from our 1 week of stay at Sognu di Rena. It was a combination of good and not so good experience Good part 1. Location is good and we got a good room with a sea view at the ground floor. Room was well clean upon arrival 2. There are good beaches and restaurants nearby which are worth exploring. 3. The team at the reception are very cooperative and help you in whichever way possible within their capacity Not so good part 1. We had booked this residence around 4 months in advance upon looking at the attached beach to the property, kids pool, bar at the pool, garden for my son to play in.. well .. kids pool, bar at the pool, garden was not open. a big gap on our vacation i must say and that was disappointing. 2. The kids pool was fixed only one day before we left..but that is not enough after spending already 5 days without this service 3. No mobile network in the apar**ent and neither Wifi works. I literally used to walk to the reception daily to connect to Wifi or mobile data to speak to my family and friends. not sure is it a budget issue or infrastructure problem 4. When one plans a vacation, they look at all the services a place has to offer (it is not only the apar**ent) but everything in the package (pool, bar etc which is part of the residence) and when you see upon arrival xyz list of items are not functional you feel sad and kind of unprofessional on the owners part 5. You indeed got the business but the customers compromised on their vacation. Would you do a partial compensation back in such cases? I don't know and cannot comment on your customer centric priorities... Overall it is a good location for a very laid back vacation in North Corsica. I can recommend it but as i learned the lesson, be very sure to check in advance if all their services are up and running.. It would be great to see a response back from Sognu di Rena if this review matters to them..

Très agréablement surpris par cette résidence. Les extérieurs sont superbes, très bien entretenus. La résidence est idéalement située, entre mer et montagne. La piscine est grande et belle. Les appartements sont très propres (félicitations à l’équipe de nettoyage que nous avons vu travailler, rien n’est laissé au hasard), petit bémol pour la literie et il manque une table dans la pièce principale si on veut cuisiner un peu. Toutes les personnes à qui nous avons eu affaire ont été très professionnelles. Bref une très belle découverte et nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir. Merci pour ce séjour.

Mon 2eme séjour dans la Résidence Sognu di Rena (E21 et E34) un accueil excellent et le ménage au top m’a agréablement surpris! Le Personnels de l’Accueil connaissent leur métier calment et posés apportent une zen/attitude recherchée pendant les vacances. Équipe de ménage digne d’un 5étoiles. La Présence permanente de 2 personnes de jour ( me semble hommes polyvalents ) dans l’ensemble des locaux de la residence et une personne de nuit est très appréciable et sécurisant. Parking très grand est sécurisé. La jardin agréable et entretenu. Terrasse latérale mais quand meme superbe vue sur la mer et la montagne. Notre retour cette année est grâce au service qui nous a été assuré l’équipe d’accueil ( personne expérimentée, calme et serviable… ) ainsi le ménage irréprochable. Le point à améliorer est la literie, malheureusement le lit grince!

Vraiment je ne comprends pas les commentaires négatifs pour cet établissement qui est très propre très agréable avec toute la verdure ,la piscine est impeccable la mer qui est juste au bout ( on la voit de la piscine ) est peut être pas de sable blanc.. mais il n'y en a pas des tonnes de plages Avec Sable blanc....est jolie et agréable Le personnel de nuit ou de jour très disponible et l'animation FRAM au top ( Téo et Maeva très disponible La balade à la cascade impeccable Part contre ,le supermarché " ****** " à fuir !!! Sale et le personnel INCOMPÉTENT , Les chambres sont très propres et il y a une grande terrasse ,pour information le micro-ondes est sous la télévision .....dans le meuble....

Le jardin de type tropical est un enchantement. La pelouse est magnifiquement entretenue par les jardiniers. Les extérieurs sont très propres. Tous les personnels de nuit ou de jour que nous avons côtoyés ont été accueillants et professionnels. Les parties communes sont correctement éclairées de nuit. Notre appartement était propre et confortable, la terrasse était spacieuse. L’équipement en vaisselle était suffisant pour un court séjour d’une semaine. Par contre, vu le turn over de l’établissement en voyageurs, il ne faut pas penser à trouver un grand calme à Sognu di Rena… dommage !

Il y a pas mal de choses à dire sur cette résidence : Points positifs : - Bâtiments bien entretenus, rince pieds en sortant de la plage - plage directement accessible - Proche des commerces - Piscine agréable avec des palmiers Points négatifs : -Aucune animation (soirée dansante annulée, pas d'accueil le dimanche donc à revoir - Plage avec de nombreux mégots - Pédiluve de la piscine non nettoyé (ne donne pas envie d'y mettre les pieds!) - les jeux extérieurs inaccessible et à moitié démontés - attention, 45€ de frais de ménage obligatoires à prévoir (non spécifié lors de notre réservation) - pas de table à l'intérieur de l'appartement, uniquement sur la terrasse (froid le soir et eau sur la terrasse en cas de pluie.

L'extérieur est très joli mais c'est tout... L'appartement est petit pour 4 personnes, 1 chambre et le 2ème couchage est un canapé-lit qui, une fois déplié, se trouve dans la cuisine ! La salle d'eau est minuscule avec zéro rangement. Insonorisation inexistante, on entend tout, même vos voisins uriner... La cuisine n'est équipée que d'un micro-onde ! Pas de plan de travail, donc cuisine très sommaire. La "vue sur jardin" est en fait vue sur haie, pas du tout comme sur la photo descriptive mais visiblement, c'est normal car "on met les plus belles photos" (réponse donnée à l'accueil). J'ai payé le Pack Sérénité (115€) avec lits faits (nous arrivions très tard) et à l'arrivée, surprise : les lits ne sont pas faits !!! Il a fallu tout faire à 1h. A ce jour, aucun remboursement !!!! Bref, ne réservez pas là-bas !
