Wow! This establishment is incredible. A true paradise of exquisite design, stylish accommodations, and a miraculous vista. The food and staff, pools and sauna are amazing. I hope to come back every year. Truly a must see and also fantastic for both adults and children. Grazie mille Hotel La Campagnola!

L'hôtel est situé dans un endroit calme avec une vue imprenable sur le Lac Majeur et les montagnes! Très bien équipé avec un restaurant, un snack-bar, deux piscines, une pataugeoire, un minigolf, de la verdure et des jeux pour enfants. Le petit-déjeuner est très bien avec beaucoup de choix et de bons produits. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et bien équipées, mais attention, il n'y a PAS DE CLIMATISATION!!! Nous y étions lors de fortes chaleurs et nous avons eu beaucoup de peine à dormir et notre bébé aussi! Ce n'était donc pas des vacances reposantes...

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Leider war das Bade-Zimmer wegen Regenwetter dauernd nass, der Zimmer- Service behob das Problem rasch und anstandslos. Der Eingang ist über die Balkontüre, erachten wir als nicht ganz optimal. Der Zugang verlief über mehrere Aussen Treppen nach unten. Die Aussicht wäre sehr schön, war leider mehrheitlich im Nebel. Das Essen war sehr fein und der Service sehr gut. Es war sehr ruhig. Mit Öv. etwas umständlich.

Sehr herzlicher und familiärer Empfang. Sehr nettes Personal.Wir hatten ein geräumiges Studio mit angemessenem Balkon und mit prachtvoller Aussicht auf den Langensee, Ascona, Locarno und in die verschiedenen Täler. Viele Aktivitäts-Möglichkeiten: Minigolf, Tischtennis und 2 tolle Schwimmbecken von je 25m. Eines davon wird auf 26°C geheizt. Beim Nachtessen hat man die Option vom Buffet oder à la carte zu essen. Wir verbrachten leider nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel, aber wir kommen wieder....

Ho soggiornato con mia moglie e figlio di 1 anno lo scorso agosto 2012 per 5 giorni,e mi sono trovato molto bene, avevamo un appartamento con cucina, salottino con lettino per nostro figlio, e camera matrimoniale, aria condizionata, tv lcd, bagno privato con doccia.Vista sul lago mozzafiato, ottima la colazione, ottima anche la pulizia delle camere. Due piscine, piu' un altra piccolissima per neonati!! Una bellissima esperienza.

Résumé: prix surfaits pour ce lieu. Le bruit entre les chambres passent comme si on était dans la même pièce ce qui est désagréable. J'ai trouvé le personnel fatigué et stressé (il faut dire que les clients ne sont pas toujours très sympas) ce qui amène du stress au séjour! Au restaurant le soir, j'ai commandé un plat cher pour fêter mon anniversaire... le plat est arrivé froid avec deux petites escalopes de veau, une grande quantité de spaghettis qui baignaient dans l'huile, zéro légumes! et tout ça pour CHF 46.- ce qui est largement exagéré au vu du plat servi.

On vient de rentrer de cet hôtel et ont a passé une semaine en famille (avec 2 kids 3 + 4 ans). Nous avons dû constater que le prix est beaucoup trop élevé par rapport au service offerts! Le studio nous a coûté CHF 265.-- par nuit, sans autre service comme nettoyage quotidien ou autre. À la fin, avons critiqué le prix et la fille nous a simplement dit que ce n'est pas elle qui a fixé les prix... Pas une seule fois, nous avons vu quelqu'un pour nettoyer notre chambre. Après quelque jours, nous avons vu nous-même que si nous souhaitons un nettoyage de la chambre, ceci nous coûte CHF 12.-- de plus par jour! Après 5 jours, plus de papier de toilette; à vous pour trouver des rouleaux, comme aussi de changer les linges de bains, choses nécessaires avec des enfants. Les 3 piscines ne sont pas si mal, les enfants ont eu du plaisir, tout comme les animaux! Le service n'est pas si mal, à part que les jeunes serveurs qui ont un peu de la peine! Mister Peter est nickel! Par contre, nous avons bien apprécié de pouvoir payer en REKA! Résumé: prix trop basé sur la vue, beaucoup trop cher par rapport aux services offerts et par la qualité du studio plutôt vieux. Le label Kids Hôtel ne sort pas du tout dans les services de chambre.

POSITIV: Dieses Hotel ist relativ klein, mit netter Bedienung (bis auf die Rechnung, siehe unten) und sehr Familienfreundlich. Schöne Aussicht fast von allen Zimmern/Wohnungen, zwei Pools, keine Beschränkungen für Kinder beim Plantschen, Springen und Herumrennen, schöne Parkanlage, relativ gutes Restaurant. Wobei der Zustand der Spielzeuge und der Kinderspielplatz ist eher mangelhaft. POSITIV: Das Restaurant oben auf dem 1. OG hat eine gute Küche und freundliche Bedienung. Das Tessiner Grotto ist eher zweitrangig, aber akzeptabel. NEGATIV: Unser Abschiedsgeschenk beim Check-out war ein Kreditkartenzuschlag (Amex 3.5% und MasterCard 2. ...%). Mir wäre eine klare Preiserhöhung lieber gewesen als solche entsetzende Tricks, denn der Preis scheint eigentlich im üblichen Marktrahmen zu liegen. Diese böse Überraschung hat unsere guten Erinnerungen aus diesem Hotel zerstört und hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir das Hotel Campagnola nicht mehr besuchen und auch niemandem empfehlen würden.
