I’ve noticed all the reviews from several years ago decrying the quality of the food. We went there as a group specifically to eat dinner (we were staying at another hotel in the Zona Centro). The food was excellent. We all shared an appetizer and sampled two deserts - enjoyed by everyone in our party. My wife and I shared a burrata salad and the Pulpo de Maya. The pulpo in particular was superb, melt in your mouth tender in a mild but flavorful mole sauce. We did learn that the owners had changed the management team in the last six months or so. So if the old reviews regarding the food have put you off, I would suggest rethinking that judgement.

Superbe chalet entièrement neuf (2021) en situé dans un parc en face des montagnes. C’est très propre. Miguel a la réception est très à l’école oute de ses clients. Grand parking à proximité. Restauration mexicaine. Petit bémol : le délai pour le petit déjeuner est long.

Pésima experiencia. Tuvimos que cortar nuestra estadía porque las dos últimas noches sonaba una alarma de incendios a media noche y no hacían nada al respecto. La última noche dejaron de dar servicio de room service porque se acabaron los ingredientes. No regresaremos

Excelente opción para disfrutar en familia. Estuvimos encantados en el hotel, no queríamos ni salir. Jugamos un rato padel, nadamos y después disfrutamos de la comida del restaurante, recomiendo mucho el sushi. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y el aroma que hay en todas las instalaciones te hace relajarte. Cuando regrese a San Miguel de Allende definitivamente regresaré.

Camas super comodas, el olor a lavanda en toda la propiedad la vuelven unica, los cuartos son fantasticos, y el restaurante unico, la pisicina tambienfue muy agradable, altamente recomendable, cuenta con muchas activiades para realizar, y el trato del personal fue muy atento.

Todo estuvo excelente, nos encanto que cuenta con transporte al centro lo que facilita trasladarse sin llevar nuestro auto. El sushi es una delicia. Nuestro chalet tenia una vista increible de las montañas, disfrutamos cada detalle. Sin duda volveremos pronto

Muy caro para lo que es, hay lugares al mismo costo y mucho mejores. Todo el consumo tiene que ser ahí, aparte de servicio malo y lento, la tabla de quesos y tapas nos las sirvieron en unicel, muy caro y el tamaño de porción pequeñísimo. Tuvimos que irnos a desayunar, comer y cenar al centro porque no lo valió. Íbamos decididos a hacer tiro al blanco y literal es una cartulina la Diana, todo mal puesto y chafa. No lo vale.
