下午2點半的時候，我問好了嗎？前台説，沒到點不給鑰匙，現在給的話，讓我付100多人名幣。突然覺得太不友好了，你可以説房間沒打掃好吧，讓我在等一下，明明打掃好了，提前30分鐘而已。這點真的非常糟糕。我説我會給差評的你們這樣，提前25分鐘都不願意給鑰匙。然後我一説，她馬上帶我去房間了……
