En general muy atento el personal y muy agradable el hotel. La habitación de muy buen tamaño; el baño con algunos inconvenientes: la tapa del wc estaba floja, la regadera tenía varios orificios tapados, el jabón de manos estaba totalmente diluido, el shampú del pelo y el jabón no son de buena calidad considerando la categoría del hotel.
Sugerimos corregir estos detalles, nos agradaría mucho regresar.

We sat in the beautiful outdoor restaurant. No server came. It was buffet only. You had to get up and find a server if you wanted coffee. The buffet was unimpressive. The only eggs they had were scrambled with ham in a buffet pot. It was empty. We had to get up 4 times reminding them to get more eggs. Servers did absolutely nothing. Not even water

Every room looked out on the secluded garden. The dining area, too, was on a covered patio around the garden. The hotel is in a quiet area across from a large park, but only a short walk to the city center or to the Instituto Allende. We felt like guests in a private home.

Best atmosphere ever, we had the suite and attended my brother’s wedding. Not disappointed! Just the drinks is are super expensive. Location is great and the place is beautiful. It is close to several local markets and plenty of restaurants. Touristy area but gorgeous neighborhood.

Buena experiencia en la habitación muy limpia y única, el personal muy amable en especial Magda la gerente del hotel y Eduardo y karime del área de restaurante muy atentos, el desayuno muy rico , en especial las bebidas de barra recomiendo prueben las mezcalitas muy ricas y únicas en todo san Miguel sin duda regresaría mil veces, y un jardín muy lindo

El hotel es muy bonito, con mucha vegetación. Entramos al restaurante y lo que nos sirvieron estuvo delicioso, en lo personal recomiendo los chilaquiles enmolados. La atención del personal, de primera. Gracias a Jesús Velasco y a Cristian por su cálida y destacada atención.
