Location: 25 min outside SMA. 200-300peso uber each way. Extremely quiet, safe, near tiny town of Atotonilco. Pool: AWESOME &cleaned daily &warm Rooms: very nicely decorated, really nice tub and good water pressure. WiFi is spotty in The room but nice to take a break. It’s better by the pool/restaurant if needed. Restaurant: DELICIOUS and good value Spa: GREAT Massages at a good deal. Tips: if you’re going to be leaving the hotel till late, make sure to let them know bc they close the gates around 9:30pm for safety. There’s a maintenance person who lets you in.

El lugar está tranquilo pero a mi parecer le hace falta mantenimiento en muchas cosas. La habitación que reservamos fue la Máster Suite, entiendo que el concepto es rústico pero la tele es muy pequeña, la cabecera de la cama rechinaba muchísimo, aparte que se escucha mucho ruido de las habitaciones de arriba hasta cuando usan agua. Una de las albercas no está en las mejores condiciones, en general creo que falta mantenimiento. La comida y los masajes fueron lo mejor.

El lugar es excelente para ir en pareja! Tiene areas muy instagrameables! La comida tiene buen sazon y es rica! La atencion del personal es muy buena! Alejado del ruido, cuenta con una alberca muy grande, restaurante, spa, jacuzzi de aguas termales(tienes q pedirlo al registrarte si quieres usarlo), habitaciones con tina de hidromasaje.

Fui con mi esposa a este hotel para disfrutar de un fin de semana y nos llevamos una gran desilusión en este "hotel" que resulta más ser un balneario con una gran extensión de terreno y todo está encimado, es decir de de las habitaciones a la alberca hay no más de 3 metros y lo mismo al restaurante, construcción de hace 30 años y se ve no le dan mantenimiento, el agua caliente solo sale en lavamanos y nunca en regadera, el personal de recepción es inexperto y poco cortés, nada recomendable y por el alto precio que se paga un robo!!!

El hotel es muy bonito y super cómodo. Fuimos en temporada baja y entre semana así que casi no había gente y fue muy cómoda la estancia. Solo tenían habilitada la alberca de agua termal y el agua si está tibia, además de que la cambian todos los días. Reservamos una habitación con jacuzzi y salida directo a la alberca y estuvo muy bien, espaciosa, el jacuzzi muy agusto y aparte tienen terracita. El restaurante es bueno y no es tan caro, lo único que les falla un poquito son los meseros, tanto en restaurante como en alberca.

Buscábamos un hotel con agua termal y nos pareció la mejor opción por el precio, con este frío no pudimos estar tarde en la alberca ya que el agua es tibia y tibia fría en la otra, el servicio de los meseros es bueno. El área de juegos super sucio lleno de polvo .
