Decepción... El lugar está descuidado, la alberca con agua turbia y babosa, los andadores sucios, sólo dos personas: una chica abriendo habitaciones y otra persona en restaurant, cero personal de seguridad, además hay señal sólo en algunas partes... Solicité el reembolso por las condiciones y la chica amablemente me pidió una disculpa, reconociendo las condiciones...Me ofreció una noche gratis, pero no hay nada qué hacer ahí sin la pequeña alberca...Me pidió esperar 4 horas para poderme reembolsar porque "su administrador" no podía tranferirme en ese momento... Yo necesitaba irme a otro lugar y no perder una tarde de nuestro plan de una noche!... De ahí esperé como 1 hora más hasta que el chico de restaurant "juntó" el dinero... No volvería.

La alberca no está templada, el agua está helada, el temazcal tampoco sirve, si pagas por medio de cualquier aplicación, no te dan el desayuno. No lo recomiendo para ir en pareja, es mejor con niños para que disfruten de correr en las áreas verdes. La tirolesa funciona hasta la 1 de la tarde y sólo es para niños. Es pet friendly y hay popos por los jardines, debes caminar con cuidado. El desayuno muy caro y bastante pobre.(malo)
