A fabulous hotel at the entrance of San Miguel. The location is great, although is not right at the center of the city it turned out to be better for us (you avoid the noise of the fireworks all night long).
The rooms where clean, spacious and with a beautiful style. The lady at the reception was really nice and helpful. And the swimming pool is amazing.
But! The Jewel of our stay was the hotel itself, is decorated in such an exquisite way! It looks like an antique store, full of details and beautiful objects!
Will definitely stay again here in my next visit to San Miguel de Allende.

This is the second time we have arrived at the Hotel and we have always been very satisfied. Now my wife complained about the mattress?
Regarding food, they lack creativity, they are very dull and the pot coffee is terrible.

It was freezing at night! Better to book during summer. Too far from Downtown San Miguel de Allende. Staff were ok. Asked for extra pillows and blankets and they were only able to provide blankets. Too much TRAFFIC NOISE we would wake up! The outdoor property was nice.

This place was a complete gem. Is a bit away from the downtown area but there is free parking here and it was 3 times cheaper than a hotel in town. The place is absolutely amazing, super clean, the staff is great, the food is great, specially the breakfast buffet. The rooms are huge. I wasn’t expecting much for the price and silly reviews from people but I got way more than what I was expecting. 10 out of 10. Awesome place

The man in the front to check in is a bit rude , Everything was very nice inside the hotel and the pool but the ac was old and no air was coming out , it was a hot night , sent someone to look at ac but said it was fine , other than the ac not blowing more air and no costumer service every thing was great
