Casa Cien

Our son and his fiancé planned their March wedding in San Miguel de Allende at Casa Cien. It was fantastic! The wedding and reception took place on the beautiful grounds of Casa Cien and the immediate families stayed in Casa Ciens lovely, comfortable rooms. It was an amazing weekend! The staff helped to make the weekend wonderful for all the guests. They were attentive, hard working, accommodating and friendly helping to make our stay and the wedding such a great success. Can’t say enough. A beautiful place to stay and to celebrate in a beautiful part of Mexico.

This place is simply amazing. From the rooms, pool, breakfast onsite, and the staff - our trip was perfect. If you are considering a stay here, it's a must book! Casa Cien is close to the main square and walking distance to so many of the main attractions. I can't recommend them enough.

We spent 6 nights over the new years holiday at Casa Cien. It's is a beautiful property in a quiet part of the town. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The property has only 8 rooms, so we were often the only guests by the pool and hot tub. Everyone staffing the hotel was friendly and attentive to our needs. When one of us had a horrible toothache on a Sunday night, they managed to find the medicine we needed and bring it to our room that night! Casa Cien was also helpful with dinner reservations at Atrio (excellent meal), arranging ground transportation to/from the airport, and scheduling an on-site massage. We greatly appreciate everyone's hospitality and will definitely stay there again if we have the opportunity to do so.

We just got back from our wedding weekend at Casa Cien and it was the best experience of our lives! The property is stunning, the staff are amazing, and we couldn't imagine having our wedding at any other venue. Even just staying at the Casa with friends for the weekend would make a trip of a lifetime. Thanks Casa Cien for a weekend we'll never forget.

We went to Casa Cien for a wedding not knowing what to expect. It surprised us in a positive way! While it is not a hotel, it is also not technically a house. It is a collection of 8-10 rooms and suites surrounded by open spaces that are ideal for special events, like weddings, but also fantastic just to relax and separate yourself from the bustling of down town San MIguel. The rooms are generally well appointed, modern and spacious. The feel of the property, like I said before, is open, relaxed and has that old Mexican charm that is special to the area. While the property is spread out through a steep hill with landing areas, there's a cart to help people with slight mobility problems get up to their rooms if need be. I would not recommend this property, of visiting San Miguel Allende in general, for people with severe mobility issues. One thing to note is the slight personality disorder of the property, while it is not a hotel, it does offer some hotel like amenities, but not at 100%, if that makes sense? For example, they serve a (very) limited breakfast (with great coffee btw), It has a small pool and jacuzzi, a workout room and even the services of a massage therapist that visits the property on call. Also, while there's no restaurant in the property, they have partnered with a restaurant around the corner to offer room service. Funny enough, that restaurant served some of the best Peruvian food I have ever tried anywhere in the world! Kudos to the whole staff who, while not working at a hotel, they made it seem like we were staying at a 5 star resort! Special mention to Ruben who is the concierge/barista/ breakfast server/cook and (very limited) bar tender who happens to make the best margaritas in all San Miguel Allende! I would recommend Casa Cien for small groups or families looking to stay together, in privacy and within walking distance of most visit worthy places in San Miguel Allende. We are Looking forward to return to this property in the not so distant future! Enjoy

I am really not sure where to begin to put into words how wonderful our experience at Hotel Casa Cien was. The service was unprecedented as the staff was always two steps ahead of our needs. They are kind, friendly and the most service oriented. The rooms are immaculate and beautifully decorated. Towels, sheets, beds, and toiletry products all five star quality. The beautiful views, the wonderful breakfasts and setting for my daughters wedding will be forever ingrained in my mind. Jennyfer, Nellie and Memo are simply the very best. Thank you to the entire staff for making our stay and my daughter and son-in-law’s wedding perfect!!
