I had a great stay! The staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The restaurant served delicious food — every meal was excellent. A special shout out to Jose Luis, who drove us to the city center and shared great local insights along the way. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and really made our trip even better. Highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed 5 nights at Clevia and had a wonderful stay. Everyone from Luis at the front door, Cesar at the pool to Jorge, the general manager could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is an easy 12 to 15 minute walk down San Antonio to the main square. We walked most the time and occasionally took an Uber ($4.00 US) to dinner but often walked back to the hotel. Our room was beautiful. We had a king room with a large balcony overlooking the pool. The bed and linens were very comfortable and we enjoyed morning coffee and afternoon drinks on the balcony. The beautifully designed bathroom is very spacious with a great soaking tub, walk-in shower and double vanities. The pool area is beautiful with full bar and food service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Clevia and appreciate everyone making us feel at home.

Muy buenos días comparto mi muy mala experiencia, no del hotel en general si no del servicio en el restaurante en especial de la mesera que nunca se presentó pero su gafete decía Ivonne. Siempre se acercaba a la mesa de mala gana y haciéndonos caras cada vez que le pedíamos algo. Nunca nos preguntó si éramos alérgicos y eso es muy grave a mi parecer ya que mi esposa es alérgica a la nuez y nos ofrecio un postre con ese alérgeno. Ojalá y no hagan oídos sordos a este comentario y puedan capacitar más a su personal en especial a esta persona que se ve que no le gusta lo que hace. Gracias!!!!

Es un hotel muy bonito, con una atención de excelencia, lo recomiendo mucho en familia o con amigos, está muy bien ubicado, cuenta con 1 restaurante en la actualidad , pero van a ser 3 restaurantes , salones para eventos y un spa Lo recomiendo muchísimo
