Our Habitas San Miguel

Beautiful and serene I had a spectacular stay with my almost 3-year-old here. The staff are gracious kind, and very patient. They were extremely accommodating and tried very hard. The place is beautiful, but you should know it is not close to any stores, restaurants, or entertainment. If you have a car, it makes things way easier, but if you do not, they give you rides with a golf cart to La Plata, which is an awesome pool and “beach” club. The restaurant was some of the best food I’ve had on this trip. Creative and delicious with beautiful presentation. I also had a massage that was wonderful while I stayed there. I strongly recommend for adults, kids may get bored in this location.

Beautiful location with lovely staff and food

San Miguel bliss We enjoyed a couple of quiet days on the periphery of San Miguel at Our Habitas after spending 3 weeks close to Centro where the noise level can be very high. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially helping us check in with our large amount of luggage. The casita rooms are comfortable and it’s nice to have a small outdoor space to sit and watch the sunset. There is no TV in the room which further supports taking in the stillness of the natural environment. The included breakfast offers many choices and everything we tried was delicious. The outdoor communal spaces next to the restaurant are furnished with cushy sofas where people can soziale and relax. The music played throughout the common areas was mostly chill and consistently enjoyable. The rooms are not Four Seasons luxury but if one cherishes piece and quiet in a natural setting than Our Habitas Hotel is a wonderful choise in close proximity to town.
