You must choose this hotel if you want being bugged
My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. As there is a connection door inside the room, the sound proof is really really bad, we can clearly hear the conversation from the adjacent room. The family who lived adjacent slept late and got up very early, the child kept shouting and this woke me and my husband up.
After that, we reached the reception and requested to have a room change, but the female reception staff refused. She said there was no other available rooms with the same price, she said we needed to PAY BY OURSELVES to upgrade another room style. I said it is not acceptable because it is your hotel's problem, if the hotel has a good sound proof wall, we would not hear sound from the adjacent room, but the female staff insisted this was the customer’ problem, not the hotel's problem and would not change any room for us. And at last she proposed to change our room with an upgrade fee €80. It is so radicular that the staff refused to give any help to us and just only asked us to pay more. As a result, we were woken up by the adjacent sound at 7:12am on the first day and 6:49am on the second day , the adults kept talking, the child kept shouting and running, and we could not sleep anymore. It was a very bad experience and we are very disappointed. We recommend everyone NOT to choose this hotel.

Amazing staff, had issue with flight's and the hotel were very much accommodating and understanding. James on front desk is a star. Food was plentiful though themed nights wouldnt go amiss in future.

Very nice room and property. A lot of swimming pools. They are heated, yet the 1st plunge was still quite cold. The heavy winds at times did make it feel even colder. When the sun was out, this was less of a factor.
There are 3 a la carte restaurants, you need the room number to book, this was for our stay unfortunately only possible for 2 of 3 on the last 2 days even though we tried to book immediately upon receiving the room number the 1st day.
The volume of the entertainment was loud. In the bar the live bands were using a volume that could have suited an outdoor festival, which made us leave earlier than we would if the music would have been less loud.
Although it is not allowed to reserve beds around the pool, if you look outside as from 7 in the morning, a lot of people are laying down towels. We did manage to find a spot each day without this practice, though it was sometimes a challenge to get even 2 beds without a towel (no people). I personally would have taken away all the towels that were laid down prior to 10:00 if no people were on them.
The food was very nice and the selection changed each day. Delicious pizza and the kids buffet was much to the linking of our children.
Sometimes you have to queue to get inside and be seated, yet this usually goes quite quick. There is a lot of noise in the dining room as the acoustics could be better, some sound dampening elements on the ceilings and partitions between sections could go a long way.
We would definitely return.

Lovely hotel and looked exactly like the photos.
We also liked Pedro and Jorge from the specialist restaurants.
Only problem was that We had a birthday and they didn’t actually do anything for you and told us too late that we could have paid to have the name on the castle. Also the buffet and pizza restaurants were too short staffed at times.

Had a terrible stay. Dirty plates at the buffet, food made me unwell, received raw chicken on one occasion. Servers unhelpful. One spilled Coke Zero all over our table and onto the floor and onto my new trainers and acted as though they didn’t notice. On another occasion at the steakhouse our server spilled veg all over the floor and we pointed it out to him and he just ignored us and we ended up having to clean it ourselves. We had a noise in our room which we reported, the maintenance person that was sent up simply repeated the word ‘impossible’ to us and done nothing further. Cocktails rubbish, choice of food rubbish, was served the wrong meal in the Italian and when I told my server she spoke in Spanish to another server in an annoyed tone and took my plate away. No apologies what so ever. Not a 5 star,

Everything was outstanding! The room was spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with facilities in excellent condition. The entertainment options for both adults and kids were fantastic, and the variety of food offered was very good. Plus, the view was absolutely stunning.
While the location is conveniently 15 minutes from the airport, it’s a bit far (about a 30-minute drive) from the main tourist hub, Avenida Las Americas. Additionally, it would have been great to see halal food options included, as these were unavailable.
