Positive: the quiet and the central location Negative: our room was only suitable for people under 1.70m because of the low doors and the ceiling height. Very stained carpets Breakfast was the worst on our 3 week trip. One type of white bread and then only sweets, some of them wrapped in plastic, bad coffee A man was there when we checked in, he was friendly and distant. When asked if he had any tips for exploring the area, he referred us to the tourist information office, when asked where you can get a good meal he said everywhere. The other man was there at breakfast, he was unfriendly and obviously didn't enjoy his job. It's a shame, we've had so many good experiences with nice hotel staff, this experience was disappointing

Although we only stayed one night, it is quite a cozy place. We were lucky to have a family room l that had 2 single beds for our children and in a separate environment, a double bed for us. The style is rustic and the only drawback is that it is not very insulated from the noise of the adjoining rooms, but in general, there were no noisy guests and the environment being quiet, it was not a great issue.

It is a warm place, both for the decoration and for the attention it gives you. The neighborhood is beautiful, 2 blocks from the main streets and downtown. It is also close to the port on Lake Lácar. The only thing I criticized is that they do not have a cafeteria or restaurant, especially when you return from excursions, you feel like having a coffee. The abundant and varied breakfast. I highlight the attention of the receptionists Maxi and Carlos. Another thing I noticed is that the guests return to the inn and there is a familiar treatment. For me it is highly recommended-

My opinion: the breakfast was very scarce every day, the same thing (the bills were served cold), the restaurant did not work, the safe was not there, the hair dryer are not details to take into account either.

Unfortunately, the thing about the wifi is true... apparently, according to the Night Shift receptionist's comment, it doesn't work better in common areas like the breakfast room either, so I didn't even bother looking for another place to connect (the first day it worked very badly, and on the last day, it worked very well from the room... there doesn't seem to be a set pattern for the level of connection, but it definitely wasn't the best). However, so excellent were the treatment (cordial and professional at the highest level, at least on this trip), the cleanliness (not only of the room, but of the entire complex), the breakfast (hot coffee, abundant), That I end up rating it with five stars and the price-quality ratio, predisposes me to choose it again in case of another possible visit to SMA.

If you can avoid it, the best is the attention, cleanliness, and location, when we arrived they gave us the Zuris room (try to avoid it, the TV was a monitor and you couldn't see one side of the bed, the other part of the room the ceiling almost reaches the floor), we asked to change the room and thanks to Tamara's attention they upgraded us to a curtain (much better, brighter and more spacious, to bathe you have to be careful not to hit your head on the ceiling), the very poor breakfast. Summary: for the same money you can get a better place.

You have to be crouched to go through the doors (I'm 1.78), the TV is a monitor but at least it's HD. Good little balcony. This room has 1 double bed and 1 single bed in another space that is even lower in the ceiling. In that space there is a small table that if you have to work is perfect for you, it also has a door so if one has to work it does not bother the other person. The bathroom is tiny. There was some water coming out of the tub so we used a towel as a mat. The water temperature is very good. The normal breakfast, although it lacks more variety of fruits, granola (key to play sports or walk a lot). Missing socket on the left side of the bed. Good shelf to put objects in addition to the closet. In relation to price-quality it is good. The wifi is not good but I don't know if it's a hotel issue itself.
