Beautiful resort with impeccable service from all staff. We spent a week in low season and enjoyed the property and the surrounding region. Benjy, the tennis manager and the other tennis attendant, were especially attentive since we played tennis on the immaculate tennis courts every day. The golf course was beautiful, but we don't play golf so cannot comment in more detail. The villa with hot tub was great, comfortable, private, large and well thought out with beautiful expansive views of the golf course and the hills beyond. Housekeeping was flawless. There is a very nice 2.25 + mile trail in the hills adjacent to the golf course, which also has beautiful views of the property and allows for a quick workout. The large outdoor pool is heated. There is a fitness center and spa as well. We took advantage of being in the region to explore various coastal redwood hikes. They offer dining on property for all 3 meals, where again we had great service. We had no issues at all during our stay, and any time we mentioned a comment or a suggestion, the manager made sure to follow up with us and make improvements immediately.

After completing three stays throughout Fall and Winter, I can confidently say CordeValle is the hidden gem of the South Bay. Nestled in a beautiful valley in San Martin, warmth greets you at the front gate by one of the associates. While driving up to the lodge, the grounds/golf course views are absolutely stunning(A blue pond? So cool!) Once at the lobby, the bellman quickly grabs all your bags, and check-in is a breeze. Sparkling wine and rosemary-infused hand towels while getting your room keys? YES! Quick overview of the property below: Rooms -The three stays we've had are in the bungalow. Wow. These rooms are gorgeous and luxurious. Huge tubs, stunning golf course views, a wonderful fireplace, and a giant walk-in closet. Also, the robes they provide in the room are top-notch. Spa/Pool/Gym We enjoyed having two amazing massages at The Spa At CordeValle. The locker room/spa area for men is HUGE. Well appointed, clean, and lots of places to relax. Both massages were terrific and very fairly priced. The pool, even in the Fall/Winter, is still an oasis of serenity. The staff will gladly assist in bringing food from one of the restaurants directly to your lounger. Suffice it to say, we had a lot of fun by the pool! The gym is smaller but clean, well-appointed, and was never busy. Huge bonus for having a Peloton bike and row machine. Staff This one is important: Every single person at CordeValle is amazing. From the Bellman to the Restaurant staff, I have never met so many warm and genuine people. And on our last stay, they even remembered us. There are so many to list, but off the top of my head, Jenn(both restaurants!), Michelle(Front Desk), Denise(Lions Head Grill), and Benjy (Pickleball trainer). Honestly, though, everyone rocks! Food WOW! We never had a bad meal in the three stays(two of them 4 days each). On the contrary, this has to be some of the BEST food in the South Bay(Or even in the Bay Area!) The chef runs his kitchens with such skill and consistent perfection. We had the pleasure of meeting Chef Nico during our last stay, and we thanked him for all the delicious food we had at all three restaurants. Even when writing this, I know I'm anticipating our trip back in the spring. If you want luxury, serenity, fantastic staff, and food, book this place ASAP.

Wow where to start. Cordevalle is truly a first in class property. Not only is it stunning; the grounds, the rooms, the property, all of it amazing. The Service is where Cordevalle truly shines above the rest. We had 4 rooms for a 'boys' golf trip, but when our better halves saw where we were going, they decided to join. It was pretty magical for us to play golf each day and our wives to be over the moon spending time on property. The ladies enjoyed the facilities (bike rides, hikes, swimming, spa, dining, relaxing) and we played golf. We met up for all of our meals each day and each was amazing, from the One Iron bar service, to their signature restaurant Il Vigneto - all amazing, and worth a visit. Our only regret is not playing Coredevalle's golf course each day. We played them one day and other nearby courses on other days, if we did it again, we would play Cordevalle each day. The Caddie provided made it so fun and it is an incredibly well maintained course, absolutely stunning, fairly challenging but not so much so you need to be a scratch golfer to enjoy it. Plus your Caddie will ensure to point you in the right direction. The staff's dedication to ensuring you had an amazing time is beyond comparison and you just feel like you are in paradise with so many around you caring to your every need. The morning of our departure, no one wanted to leave and all want to come back as soon as they can. We will certainly be seeing the Coredevalle team again as often as we can. Can't recommend Cordevalle enough for all groups, friends get away, boys golf trip, ladies trip, families, this place has it all for all to enjoy.

We have stayed at Cordevalle at least 4 times in the last year or so as solo, couple and families. I look forward to each stay with great anticipation and it never disappoints. Everything from the view, the amenities, the food at OIB, the tennis court, to all the staff has been a delight. It is only 35 mins from the South Bay, but is such a wonderful sanctuary for rest and recharge. As part of the Amex FHR program, it always honors the FHR benefits eg upgrades, late checkout, hotel credits etc just to make the stay a notch more enjoyable.

Amazing property and wonderful staff with genuine service. We come a couple times a year from Monterey and it always feels like a true vacation. A perfect way to decompress and rejuvenate before the next work week begins. Love the binoculars in the rooms too. Sitting on the patio with a glass of wine scoping out the abundant wildlife never gets old. It’s a special place and the leadership has obviously done a wonderful job instilling the personalized sense of service you see from every staff member to make it so. Thank you everyone, for making my wife’s birthday so special on this recent visit.

Thrilled with the updated renovations. The bungalow looked beautiful inside and the amenities like the nook with the under counter refrigerator / bar counter when you walk in, fireplace and flat screen tv, bookshelves and comfy chairs are a welcome treat. Loved the new color scheme. Blue is my favorite! The mattress was excellent. Slept really well. Lighting was excellent. The bathroom with everything modernized and redone was divine - they REALLY did an excellent job. And of course the golf course views with the mountains in the background are so lovely. Service from everyone at Cordevalle from the man at the guard shack who definitely makes sure that nobody enters without a reservation, to the valet parkers by the circular entry of the hotel, to the front desk, to the Manager, to the Iron Bar restaurant staff throughout the stay were all incredibly welcoming, polite, helpful and gracious. Housekeeping all did an immaculate job. Very much look forward to returning. Highly recommend!
