They pick you up from bus station for free, and it’s a big plus. The hotel is full, so don’t expect any early check in or late check out! cheaper rooms has no views and room tend to be small. Breakfast is fine .

The room is too small, it is very crowded for two people, there is only one chair which is inconvenient, it is totally inconsistent with the name and appearance of the hotel.
The shower screen is too narrow to avoid getting the bathroom floor wet; there are too few plug points in the room which is very inconvenient; the attitude of the staff is just so-so
The breakfast food is OK, but lacks vegetables (such as cucumbers and tomatoes)

The service was welcoming, friendly and impeccable. The structure has a strategic position at the gates of the historic center of San Marino. If you do not book the garage (there is no option on trip.com, so call) there are several large parking lots in the immediate vicinity (places that are easily found at least until 11) at a cost of about 8 euros per day. The breakfast buffet is abundant consisting of both sweet (pastries, jams, cakes) and savory (cold cuts, eggs, etc.). The internal restaurant "l'Arengo", is good but, for the portions, not cheap and, in any case, not very compatible with my personal tastes; spot-on flavors, beautiful compositions to see ... probably I am used to eating more tasty, simple and consistent, in fact, the environment seems a little more refined than those I frequent. The evaluation is positive beyond personal tastes. Overall a nice experience that I will gladly repeat in the future, at least for the choice of the structure with breakfast included! Well done!!

Amazing San Marino
Hotel was beautiful. It was clean and safe. Only two things I would note that was both minor was
1) The shower head had a lot of limescale in it, I had to break it up to get the shower to flow evenly
2) I felt that the gentleman that ran the restaurant was standoffish
The reception team and housekeeping team were extremely welcoming and engaging and San Marino is an absolute beautiful place. Favourite place on my trip of 7 countries
