Very clean and quiet. But, a few important things happened during our stay:
1. The door didn't lock. Front desk told me twice that they had fixed it so i climbed the stairs twice, both times the door opened with just a push again. Down the stairs to insist. It took maintenance 3 tries over a few hours to finally just change the lock entirely. (That included me having to climb the stairs with our luggage at least 3 times; one of the front desk men helped me two of those times thankfully).
2. The sides of the kiddie and adult pools are covered in algae.
3. The water in both pools was cold. My daughter kept shivering. I couldn't even last long in the water myself. I expected warm water due to their advertising "climatizado" but it was definitely not the case. Only the air in the covered pool was warm. No swimming for us. 😕
4. The TV didn't work until someone came to fix it. They said the box had disconnected itself.

Muy bonita la vista hacia los Volcanes y los museos muy bien explicados, lo que no me gustó es que había mucho ruido en el hotel y todo se escuchaba, pero en general todo bien

Amecameca en si no tiene mucho atractivo turístico, sin embargo ese hotel estaba muy hermoso y con la reservación nos permitían utilizar varias atracciones que nos gustaron muchísimo

Me encantó la amabilidad con la que te atienden desde que pides informes por WA hasta cuando llegas o preguntas algo ya sea en el hotel o en el parque. Sólo un chico durante la noche en recepción tuvo una actitud poco amable (no fue grosero). Por lo demás, todo excelente. :D

Es un lindo lugar de descanso. Creo que el desayuno buffet ya debería estar incluido, pero es necesario hacer pago adicional, sólo incluye desayuno americano 😞. La televisión no tenía señal. Es un lugar estupendo de descanso.

Lo único que no nos gustó es que el buffet se acaba a las 5:30 entonces si no comiste pues ni modo. No tienen servicio a la habitación entre semana y de igual manera el restaurante cierra a las 5:30 entonces la única opción es buscar algo que comer y cenar por fuera. El agua de la regadera HELADA. Y yo soy alérgica al frío. Ni me pude bañar.
