It was a good stay. Friendly staff at check-in with someone in training. They paid close attention to my reservation and made sure everything was right. Forgot my tooth brush but they weren’t any available at the front so a little bummed about that. Having coffee available was nice but they didn’t have a water dispenser with lemons/limes to where you could have a fresh cup like other Hampton Inns I’ve been in.
Breakfast was good. Pretty average foods were out but enough to fill you up.
Overall good stay, and would come back.

Mold alongside the windows located next to the beds. Cracked dresser, outlets didn’t work. Pool was dirty so we didn’t get to enjoy it during our stay.

Great stay!
We were in town for a quick trip to float the river. The staff was super friendly. Check in was a breeze. The room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again

Front desk staff was so slow and needed two people to work on one family instead of helping us. The breakfast wasn’t really good either compared to Hyatt breakfast which is also upper midscale.

The hotel is nice and well maintained but the breakfast could be better; the day after we arrived the housekeeper didn’t clean the room and we didn’t leave the “do not disturb” sign in the door, once we return to our room at night we found it exactly as we left it and we called front desk to report it, there was a super nice girl there who help us taking the trash out and brought us clean towels; that girl gave us a great service every day.

It was ok. Fire alarm had gone off for a few hours. Front desk took care of 2 customers by phone before attending to us as we stood there .
