The hotel lack of heaters. The air conditioning is only cold and it is working all night without the possibility to turn it off. I got sick because the room is average 60F (17 C) and they don't have enough heaters for all rooms. They offer one more blanket. By deafult there is only one pillow, one towel even do the reservation mentions clearly 2 people. If you need more, you need to ask for them to a Guest Service that never answer. The front desk recepcionist (Miriam) is rude, impolite, foolish and at the first minute of your arrival you are dealing with problems and with her. The parking lot is really small. In summary.... the worst. We decided to leave the hotel @ 3:00 am and they wanted to charge the rate for the day even do we were moving due to the fact the hotel is a freezer. They never apology for the inconvenient and it's dissapointing how they handle this situation. We moved to a Encore Hotel and the difference is huge!

As a female solo traveler, I felt safe and supported by the Holiday Inn staff (Feb. 19, Feb. 22, Feb. 23). The reservation staff found someone to come to my room to do my covid test, they coordinated the delivery of tacos from a nearby restaurant, they exchanged my dollars to pesos, called taxis for me, and the shuttle service was reliable and excellent. I'd appreciate hotel management letting those particular staff know that they made the event of my cancelled flight much more tolerable because of their kindness. We stayed here with our dog on our way back home. It is a very clean and beautiful hotel. The people working wore masks and practiced social distancing. Room service food was awesome and inexpensive. The grounds would be wonderful for kids. I would visit again when things return to normal.

There is airport pick-up and drop-off, very good service Not much choice for breakfast. Scrambled eggs are delicious. The room is just the right size for one person! Shampoo and shower supplies are provided! good service

Excellent hotel for a business trip. It is very good rooms, very good quality bed linen, fast wifi and a welcome restaurant, although it may be a little expensive. The hotel is organised around a garden, it is a two-storey building similar to a American motel. Very safe and careful. Fitness gym even though the equipment already have their years and are noted. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and very comfortable.
