The hotel is an old house without the slightest maintenance, in an undesirable area. To that we must add terrible administration. The rooms are noisy (worse if they face the street) and the bathrooms are not very clean. The first night they didn't even leave soap and toilet paper, and the manager (who leaves at 8:pm) didn't deign to show up. Nobody is left in charge. For the price they charge there are many better options. It is a trap for unsuspecting tourists.
