This hotel is terrible, overpriced, dirty, bad service and the reception desk does not provide any information whatsoever. It’s certainly not what it looks in the pictures. Don’t book it. You’ll regret it.

The hotel was dirty and needs to remodel their bathrooms. Very sad to say hotel conditions are very poor. Not the experience I was expected paid too much for poor service.

I am not someone who usually writes reviews, but I feel compelled to do so here. Customer service is horrible; be prepared not to have WiFi and for there to be no sense of urgency about it.

I stayed at Tesoro Beach Resort for two nights, and while the location and setting were nice, the service left a lot to be desired.
Unfortunately, the front desk and restaurant staff were not friendly or welcoming during our stay. At check-in, there was no greeting or effort to make us feel welcomed. During our meals, the staff simply brought out the food without a smile, and no one asked if we needed anything else.
Hospitality makes a big difference in a guest’s experience, and I expected more from a resort setting. I hope the management takes this feedback into consideration and focuses on improving guest service in the future.

it looks like the property is going thru a renovation, grass growing in the parking lots, it should have a lifeguard tower for guest safety. the property should implement a buffet style breakfast for quick service and selection of foods.
No horses, or Motorbikes for rent were available, there should be more beach activities.
