Pathetic, my partner arrived at night tired after driving from Buenos Aires. First of all, the restaurant and other amenities were not working. He stopped by to have dinner and when he came back and wanted to take a shower THERE WATER WAS NO!!! There was a water heater in the room that did not work. Also, it does not have air conditioning. At 3 in the morning he got a room in another hotel. Since he signed up with Despegar, no one guarantees that he will get his money back. 4 STARS FOR PATHETIC PEOPLE!!!!

Sería generoso si le diera una estrella a este hotel de película de terror: está completamente descuidado, las toallas agujereadas, la mesa y las sillas desvencijadas, no tiene frigobar, las cortinas y las camas sucias, nos cambiaron dos veces de habitación: la primera vez porque habiamos pedido camas separadas y no estaban listas, la segunda porque no funcionaban las tarjetas electrónicas y la última que nos dieron tenía una cerradura mecánica que también funcionaba mal. Lo peor de todo es que está rodeado de boliches, por lo que es imposible descansar. Es realmente una estafa. No llegamos a probar el desayuno porque nos fuimos a las 6 de la mañana, sin dormir por el caos de los boliches y un operativo policial que estaba parando autos en la puerta del hotel. Espantoso desde todo punto de vista, deberían cerrarlo.

Almohadas y almohadones con mal olor, cortina y toallas de baño ennegrecidas y sin perfume, TV con problema de pantalla, sillones hundidos y con tapizado viejo. Sábanas manchadas. Cortina de baño sucia. Desayuno en la habitación bueno. No tiene frigobar.

Quisimos pasar un fin de semana de pareja, Nos dieron la habitación 303 la cual está pegada al boliche que se encuentra pegado al hotel. No hemos podido dormir en toda la noche por los ruidos y música. Las camas eran individuales una al lado de la otra que resultaban imposible descansar. El servicio de limpieza nunca apareció. Realmente muy desconformes del servicio decidimos retirarnos pidiendo el reintegro de la segunda noche la cual no vamos a utilizar. No hubo respuesta alguna del misma. Adjunto las fotos de la habitación. Vinimos a descansar el finde semana y resultó estar más cansados. Solicito por favor me reintegren el monto de lo que no vamos a utilizar. Y la respuesta fue negativa,NO NOS VAN A DEVOLVER NADA !! Como sugerencia deberían informar a los huéspedes de la existencia del boliche para q podamos decidir antes si estamos dispuestos o no a querer hospedarnos. Considero realmente una falta de respeto lo que sucedió ya que el monto de la noche no es barato y por el renombre del hotel deberían de tener un mejor servicio.

una estafa, sucio, roto. desayuno deludente, no es un 4 estrellas. La verdad es que pague mucho por el servicio, igual si ponían las fotos reales del hotel no pasaría ni por la puerta. que vergüenza. lo único rescata le es la atención del personal, no así del gerente (inexistente).
