The staff was lovely, super accomodating and friendly. On check in Alba offered an upgrade for extra €10 and she took the time to show us the rooms to make our mind. We ended up taking the suite (at special price too) with a huge bath/spa in the middle of the room. As the hotel wasn't full she also allowed us to check out 30mins later than the normal time. Sara and Jose were also very kind and they couldn't do enough to make our stay great an special. We will definitely go back to this place. Ah!, I forgot to say that it was our anniversary and the staff made it happen for us. Thank you!!

Hotel con una ubicación excelente, magnífica atención, habitación grande, con un precio muy asequible. A un paso de magníficos restaurantes y cafeterías donde disfrutar de un buen desayuno, y a dos pasos del Monasterio del Escorial. Hotel con Encanto

Excelente ubicación céntrica al lado del Ayuntamiento. Personal amable con buen trato. Habitación grande, fantástica con cama cómoda y confortable. Lastima que no se sirvan desayunos aunque en la misma plaza existen varios establecimientos para ello.

Hotel muy agradable, limpio, céntrico y con buena relación calidad/precio. Sin duda es muy recomendable. La recepcionista muy amable y atenta a cualquier petición. No dispone de aparcamiento, pero justo al lado hay uno público, en el que hacen descuento al estar en el hotel.

Celebramos nuestro aniversario y cumplió nuestra expectativas, todo muy limpio y la cama muy cómoda,el poderte hacer una infusión o un café todo un acierto....el jacuzzi muy agradable y amplío. Faltó detalles en el baño como pasta de diente o peine. Zona muy céntrica!!!

Jacuzzi muy flojo, sin burbujas ni espuma. No AHÍ NADA de atención en el Tema de servicio De habitaciones. Y partir de23 30no ahí recepción....antitabaco advirtiendo multa de 100 si ven evidencias de tabaco..... Si busca una Escada de este tipo creo que puede haber sitios MEJORES.... NO VOLVERE
