Doesn't deserve 4 stars, disastrous parking reception,
Very negative points:

- Bad smell in the bathroom

L'hotel è confortevole e pulito. Dispone di una grande piscina, parcheggio e accesso privato alla spiaggia che dispone di ombrelloni e lettini nonchè di servizio bagnino cordiale e ben educato. La camera pulita e accogliente. Tuttavia l'accoglienza del personale della reception non è stato così ospitale e accogliente perchè contrariati dalla presenza in camera di un frigo portatile da auto utilizzato esclusivamente per mantenimento di prodotti personali. L'accesso all'hotel con il mini-frigo a seguito mi sarebbe stato vietato perchè avrebbe consumato corrente elettrica causando un sovraccarico di energia che avrebbe potuto interrompere l'energia elettrica al piano (che scuse senza fondamento!!!). Per poter accedere con il mini-frigo portatile ho dovuto dare le mie buone ragioni in modo deciso e insistente. Sarebbe invece buona norma se nell'hotel venisse rispettato il decoro dell'abbigliamento nei locali interni di uso comune dal momento che gli ospiti passeggiano all'interno in costume da bagno.

I stayed as part of a group tour and was in room 81. I did sleep really well because you are really away from any sort of town or village. Bathroom was adequate. No tea or coffee in the rooms. Breakfast was limited and the evening meal was not very good. The weather was warm but the pool was closed during my stay in October which was a shame and I tried to walk down to the beach but the gate was locked. It was a fairly steep climb back up to the hotel. I did enjoy the old school charm of the hotel and the decor was quite eclectic. I only had one drink in the hotel and I was charged 17 euros.

Everthing was very clean. Staff quiwt and reserved. Bedrooms need refurbishment. Rooms very dark. Bathroom shower cubicle very small. Food mediocre. Coffee awful . Pool bar was the only bar that was open. It was not warm outside so nowhere to have a drink. The hotel is completely isolated, nowhere to walk to or buy supplies.

Beautiful resort. Clean comfortable AC is weird beautiful outside ocean sea area. Remember Sicily 4 star is a bit dated but very comfortable. We unfortunately only spent an evening would have liked to stay longer. Breakfast as usual in Sicily was huge and wonderful

A very nice hotel, but be wary when booking a stay in mid-to-late September as we did. The hotel apparently has a policy of not opening its inside bar and restaurant (except for breakfast) until the beginning of October. The result was that we spent each of our 3 nights dining in the outside restaurant near the beach, and could only enjoy an evening drink at the poolside bar. Fine for June to August, not so for September. It was so windy and chilly on our last night that the staff had to move our table to a more sheltered spot, but it meant the food was barely warm.

Great location. Amazing pool. Room fairly comfortable. Breakfast was weak with relatively few selections. Lunch menu was limited but quality was good. Hotel has WiFi— but — their provider does not permit use of VPN. What? We asked at front desk but they could not or would not explain why VPN use is blocked. This is a pretty serious disregard for user security as one should never use public WiFi without security. In short a great location by the beach & fairly comfortable but lacking in the food area and substandard for online connections.
