San Juan Hotels with Airport pickup service

Hotel is having maintenance/renovation, very noisy. When they started magigising kana talaga and cannot sleep again. Im also annoyed with 1 male receptionist, open pala sa counter nya, i queued sa kabilang counter, and when other guest arrived (foreigner) he asissted. Like ***? Matagal bumaba ang water sa shower area, not safe since I’m pregnant. But overall still good. I will book again and recommend since the location is good. And most of the staffs are very nice and friendly. Hotel is clean. They allowed to check in at around 12.

pros great, functional hotel :) overall excellent overnight stay v close to concert venue comfy bed lots of sockets for remote work the gelato at indulge was SO good con arrived at 4pm, and yet my room was not ready for check-in released by 5 pm :S front desk explained they were at 100% occupancy fully understand but management will need to look into housekeeping perhaps ?? front desk advised me to ask for late check out to compensate the delay was offered comp late check out until 1 pm only next day i had to kindly ask if they could extend until 2pm and they agreed on another note, in-room dining bit slow ordered bottled drinks and cutleries at midnight and was advised it will take 45-60 mins! i offered i will just get it from the restaurant downstairs as i could not wait that long but they insisted it will be delivered and they managed to get it down to 20 mins -fine by me also ordered in the morning, took them almost half an hour to deliver 2 bottles of water..

Perfect hotel if you needed a place near Araneta coliseum. Clean and affordable.

We last stayed in Privato Ortigas a few months before the pandemic and I’m glad that we were back and even celebrated my mom’s birthday in Privato Hotel Ortigas!!I really liked their minimalistic room with great design. Its simple but it has everything we need. I loved their ever comfy beds that really made me relax and had a good sleep. But what I really loved about the hotel aside from its marvelous amenities like the pool and roof top bar and deck is their excellent customer service. I highly commend Duty Manager MA. CONTESA VICTORIA M CATUAAN for being hand on in making sure that the client’s requests and well being are addressed. Her sensitivity to PWDs needs such as me really deserved my admiration and respect. I also commend and thank front desk pips Alex and Bless who really assisted me in my reservations and made sure that everything was fine even before I arrived. To Divine who even assisted us up in our rooms to ensure that we are comfortable and if we still need anything else. To Aaron who assisted us when we checked in and helped us have our room in the soonest possible time. lastly, to Marvin/Melvin( I’m aways confused with his name sorry) who was patient every time we call front desk for our requests. It was indeed a wonderful experience and its was a wise decision to be back and we will surely be back very soon! During my recent 3-day, 2-night stay at Swiss-Belhotel Blulane in Manila, the overall experience left much to be desired. While the hotel had potential, the importance of providing quality service to guests seemed inconsistent. Firstly, there was a noticeable discrepancy in the service provided by the on-the-job trainees. While some displayed genuine warmth and eagerness to assist, others seemed hesitant, particularly when they perceived that a guest might not offer a tip. This attitude detracted from the overall guest experience and contradicted the essence of hospitality, which should prioritize genuine care and assistance regardless of gratuity. Additionally, the functionality of the elevators was a significant inconvenience. With only one elevator in operation, guests frequently experienced delays and overcrowding, resulting in frustration and inconvenience. This issue significantly impacted the efficiency of guest movement within the hotel and should be addressed promptly to enhance overall satisfaction. In conclusion, while this hotel in Manila has potential, there are notable areas for improvement, particularly in ensuring consistent and genuine guest service and addressing operational inefficiencies such as elevator functionality. By instilling in all staff members, including trainees, a genuine commitment to hospitality and service excellence, the hotel can elevate the overall guest experience and distinguish itself as a premier destination for travelers.
