Really nice, eclectic and boutiquey and well worth a visit.

Overall, we are very happy with our stay. The "adult only" aspect and the reviews attracted us most. It did not disappoint despite a few minor issues. It was an easy check-in process and our room was very lovely. The hotel is in a very desirable location with everything being incredibly easy to walk to. It was wonderful to walk around all day in the heat and come back to the rooftop pool - our favorite amenity! The hotel itself was fairly quite. The evenings you may see a lot of people at the rooftop bar, but not in the pool. During the day, there's hardly anyone up there. We were only ever one of two couples in the pool or hot tub. A few drinks in either and you are feeling on top of the world! We had inconsistent service at the rooftop bar. Our first two experiences fell flat. Skip the champagne and get a cocktail. My champagne was literally two sips. Liz was the best bartender and she said it was her first day! Top notch service with a lot of local recommendations. My only other complaint is that they did not disclose the kitchen was closed and under renovations. This was directly outside our room and quite loud. If you intend to sleep in, check on this! We were up fairly early each morning and overall did not bother us. When we checked out, they kept our bags, and we stayed at the rooftop pool for a few hours before we were ready to leave. We definitely recommend this property and look forward to staying again in the future!

The property is lovely and the staff are very friendly. However, we had issues with Housekeeping not cleaning our room for 3 days, despite speaking with them directly in Spanish on several occasions to request service. There is no parking (nor do you need a car in Old San Juan) and no food service to speak of, but all you could want is right outside the door! I enjoyed the hotel and rooftop bar/pool and would dtay there again.

We were disappointed with the noise as they were doing construction beginning at 8 am. It was the noisiest hotel we ever stayed in. The rooms were not clean every day unless we complained. Food was substandard, breakfast was unavailable, slow service and expensive. The hotel did not warn guest that they were going to repair a ventilation system in kitchen and started working on repairs early in the morning. Not a first class hotel and expensive

The attention and service of this hotel’s staff is out of this world. They are so helpful and friendly, they make your stay really special. Will highly recommend this hotel.

It was an awesome experience from start to finish. Great location and service. Rooms are beautiful and not at all noisy even staying on the first floor.

construction at their dinning room on the first floor. Soooo much noise. Said there should be no noise before 9AM, but got woken up at 6:30 ish by a couple electric drill sounds. So, choose wisely if you hate noise or want to sleep in pass 9AM. Nice location though

Beautiful building and rooms in a lovely, peaceful atmosphere! Will definitely recommend it to others.
