The room was smaller than i expected and the view was not very good . Both the bathroom and bedroom sink went down real slow . I have stayed there before and this was my most unpleasant stay

We had a great time! Embassy Suites is a great hotel very close to the airport and Old San Juan. The suites are clean and spacious. The employees are really friendly and the ****** is great. Props to Ms. Elizet Ortiz, the Assistant Manager for the ******. She is the greatest asset this hotel has!

The service was excellent your breakfast was tasteful the employees are vibrant and well manor. I enjoyed my stay great rooms, pool and wonderful services throughout the entire day.

The service was slow when it came to getting items. Also they dont do laundry daily. It was a basic hotel.

Loved Diana, the concierge, and her recommendations for unique ideas to do with our kids. The rooms are dated but clean and we appreciated being able to have all 5 of our family members in one room. The location was perfect for beach access and freeway access for day adventures. Would stay here again!

This property was so peaceful. They had live plants in the lobby which gave you a chance to sit down and meditate and read a book in peace. It was almost like a separate paradise. In addition from 4 to 6 they had what they called a little happy hour where you were able to come down have some drinks have some salsa and chips, and just mingle with the guest. And this hotel is not that far from the beach, which is also a plus. I truly enjoyed myself at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone.
