La ubicación es excelente, la atención del personal también lo fue; las instalaciones tienen un buen mantenimiento por lo que la estancia fue grata; definitivamente volvería a reservar ahí.

El hotel está en pésimas condiciones, las sábanas demasiado desgastadas al igual que las toallas, realmente da asco acostarse o secarte con ellas, los muebles son antiquísimos! Ponen muebles para colgar ropa sin ganchos, cafetera sin café, el cristal de la ventana estaba estrellado y no lo cambiaron, las camareras desde las 7 am están haciendo ruido gritando de un lado a otro y cantando a todo lo que da. No había toallas suficientes cuando era una habitación para 4 personas y en invierno no había cobijas en las camas y el calefactor no servía. No es ni la sombra de lo que era al inicio este hotel además es demasiado caro para lo que es, cobran un hotel de categoría 4 estrellas y ni a 1 llegan. Ya no volveremos a llegar aquí.
