We arrived during a Holiday weekend and the place was packed. You really need Spanish to stay here comfortably. We rented one of the upgraded rooms with Jacuzzi on the balcony. The bed was great, but no coffee in the room and nothing opened on property until 9am. It is very loud here, as it is filled with families. After closing to the public at 7pm, it becomes very quiet. There are several restaurants on premises with adequate quality food. The location is such, that there are few places to walk to eat elsewhere. The spa was OK, as the hot tubs were not really hot, more like tepid bath water. The massages were also, adequate. You really need a car when visiting here, on our departure, no taxis were available and staff was not helpful at all in helping us call to obtain one.

We came here with family including two children. It’s a good place to go if your hotel doesn’t have a pool or if you are looking to just veg out for a day. The pool water in the regular pool was extra warm but manageable. Better warm than freezing cold. Super convenient that you can bring alcohol (only cans), drinks, your own food. Or they have plenty of it there if you don’t want to Carry all your stuff around. One minus was that you had ti pay extra to do into the “spa” area. I was looking forward to the spa but the extra purchase wasn’t in the works for the entire family. In all, good place to go for a quick dip in the pool.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit in their mineral thermal baths/jacuzzis. There was a coffee tub (with extra coffee grounds available to scrub with), a mud jacuzzi, with mineral mud to use separately as well. There was also a seaweed, herb and eucalyptus hot tubs. Everything seemed exceptionally well organized and clean. We enjoyed ourselves very much.
