El hotel está muy venido a menos. Estuve 5 dias y los 3 primeros tuve que solicitar jabón y shmpoo porque no los reponian. alfombra sucia, blackout cortajeado, cortinas de voile grises de tan sucias....Olor a sucio aun al llegar con la habitación "limpia". El desyuno muy básico. Y el personal poco empático con el turista. Conclusión: jamás volvería y no lo recomiendo

NO vuelvo más a este hotel , anda solamente un solo ascensor te ofrecen cochera pero que pasa a partir de los días Sábados cierran la misma a las 23hs y NO podes sacar el coche hasta el otro día , entonces o lo dejas y no realizas lo que pensabas cosa imposible o te vas a alquilar una cochera a dos cuadras , esta situación NO me la informaron. Cuando lo contrate , grave error La atención del personal que está por la tarde de los sábados es un desastre y con poca voluntad , el precio en relación calidad otro desastre

El hotel, la ciudad y la provincia exudan amabilidad. La atención telefónica para reservar, la recepción al llegar y durante la estadía (8 noches), el desayuno, el servicio de las habitaciones, todos, nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos. Gustavo, Sergio, Belén y Roberto en la recepción; Cristian, Claudia y Celina, en el desayuno (una mañana en que teníamos una excursión tempano nos lo sirvieron antes del horario) y Gabriela en la limpieza y orden de nuestra habitación, merecen nuestras felicitaciones. Todo amplio y confortable. Desayuno completo y abundante. GRACIAS equipo del H. Alakazar.

Debe ser el peor hotel de San Juan. Pasé frío, de noche cayó agua del techo del baño nadie me explica el porqué. El room service no tiene variedad. Desayuno muy flojo, tiene un ascensor que no funciona. No volvería. Si bien es barato es caro para lo que ofrece. Habitación con olor a pintura. Buena ubicación

Excelente trato. Hermoso hotel. Esta en refaccion en algunos pisos. Divinas las vistas desde la entana. De 10 el personal de recepcion. Esta ubicado dnnpleno centro. Los platos del restaurante muy buenos. Lo carta tiene variedad de platos aunque no tenian la muchas de las comidas que figuraban allí. Excelente los mozos. Maravillosa la gente de San Juan

Es un hotel tipo cadena, en la zona céntrica de San Juan, al que no le falta nada que necesite el turista. Tiene desayuno incluido, servicio de cafetería todo el día, restaurant para cenas y almuerzos, pileta de natación y habitaciones confortables y bien equipadas. El personal super amable y respetuoso, dispuesto a solucionar el menor problema. Es una excelente opción para alojarse en la capital sanjuanina ya sea que se la visite por negocios o por viaje de placer.

Excelente hotel muy bien ubicado. La habitación con vista a la montaña es bellísima. Super limpio y muy bien atendido. El desayuno es básico pero muy bueno. El precio es acorde a la calidad del servicio que ofrecen. El personal atiende con mucha calidez y profesionalismo.

Lamentable recepcionista llamada Belén q cuando llegué a las 21.00 (mayo 2023) de BA no sólo me dijo q mis dos noches no estaban pagas, sino q tampoco tuvo buena voluntad de ofrecerme una habitación. Pésimo trato. Mala disposición. Cero empatía. Si no hubiera sido por Jorge (gerente) q al día siguiente solucionó el problema con el Operador y mi tolerancia, otra habría sido la historia. Desayuno: muy completo. Ubicación: céntrica. Habitaciones: colchón, almohadas y toallas de baja calidad. Pensaba q un 4* en San Juan merece ofrecernos mejor calidad y no sólo un buen desayuno. Rezá q no te atienda BELÉN de noche.
