Unlike what was shown in the pictures on Trip.com, the bedsheets, walls, ceiling, and bathroom ceiling were dirty. The amenities were incomplete, and there were mosquitoes and cockroaches.
There was no table or chair prepared, no front desk, no microwave, and insufficient utensils. I also experienced running out of water while taking a shower.
Fortunately, the caretaker was kind and promptly available whenever we needed assistance.
