We had 2 amazing nights in Acuaverde and we decided that we want to go back. Checking in was so smooth as Dyan (front desk) was very friendly and helpful, we were allowed to do early check in without additional cost. Our fur babies got some goodies too as a welcome gift. The tamarind juice (their welcome drink is refreshing and a must try) The room was really nice, spacious and clean. Airconditioned was working perfectly. Thank you for decorating the room for my son's birthday. Angel and Kim from F&B made sure that they served us well whenever we dined. Food serving is generous and value for money. As it took us 3 hours to get to the resort, Kristine from the Spa offered us to try the message and it was really relaxing. Our favorites is the grooming station, complete with towels, shampoo, blow and combs and brushes. If I may suggest having a groomer too :-) The beach is nice and has crystal clear water. The Kuya Lifeguard is very helpful too, Thank you Acuaverde Team for your hospitality, we enjoyed our stay there.

MY FEEDBACKS ARE ON PARAMETERSE (than just english) - A PET FRIENDLY BEACH RESORTS i judge based on on 6 PARAMETERS 1) PET ACTIVITIES - 5/5 they are the 1st resort who i found provide Pet membership and they organize monthly pet event 2) BEACH / SPA / other ACTIVITIES - 5/5 you have all services available from jet ski to speed boats and GREAT SPA (i tried the Sea season scrub and massage) 3) FOOD - 4/5 - the have less option for VEG but I WOULD APPRICATE THEY TRIED TO MAKE SOME OPTIONS at NIGHT ( i suggest 1 VEG PIZZA, 1 GOOD VEG PASTA, 1 GOOD VEG CURRY - thai or idnai is good enough) 4) ROOM - 4/ 5 - small i felt BEUCASE FOR MY SIZE WASHROOMS were tight, -BUT - it was WELL MAINTAINED and SMELL NICE 5) HYGINE - 5/5 EVERY PLACE WAS CLEAN, SOURROUNDINGS, BEACH SANDING, there is some kind of POSITIVE VIBE AND PEACE. 6) STAFF AND SERVICE 5+/5 - HELPFULLL, SMILING, CLEAR COMMUNICATION WHAT IS POSSIBLE NOT POSSIBLE.....I FELL IN MY 10YRS EVERYONE I LIKED from FRONT DESK, KITCHEN, SERVICE TEAM - SPECIAL MENTION TO "ANGEL, ABBY, KRISTINA JERICHO, NELMAR" =

The room we stayed in should not be offered until it is redone. There was only one small bedside table to put our things on. The cabinet under the TV was falling apart. Aircon was noisy. Toilet bidet was filthy and made the bathroom feel unclean. The faucet had no aerator, so water was splashing everywhere. The liquid soap and shampoo dispensers were dirty and were less than half full. Hooks behind the bathroom door look like it was screwed on by an 8 yr old. All in all, the whole room needs a major makeover. Does the manager/owner even check their rooms?
