The location of the hotel is convenient, close to the highway, there are supermarkets, restaurants, laundry rooms, and haircut shops nearby. The hotel's wifi speed is the fastest among the hotels I stayed in the United States, and it is at the level of Hong Kong.

It is a shame obscenities are not allowed because they would be appropriate in describing this dump. The site is just off the freeway but that is the least of the problem. Checking in is like going through customs, the parking lot has more craters than the moon, the common areas are caked with dirt, and the rooms are grubby. Oh, did I mention, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The parking fee is five dollars per car per night! Breakfast is also ok, because of special circumstances, I can only pack it back to the room to eat! California Order: All people fight against new lung sputum infection on the spot.

I booked this hotel through fedrooms.com, at least I thought it was. The website lists it as a Days Hotel (actually not many years ago). Naturally, the front desk staff on the night shift could not confirm the reservation, but she found a room for me anyway, and the price was very affordable. The room is still being upgraded, but the bed is new and extremely comfortable. The manager said that the next step was to change the carpet. The room was quiet and the surrounding environment was probably not the best, but I felt safe and worry-free in the hotel. Breakfast is decent in terms of the grade of the hotel. The staff is very friendly. If you are traveling to Silicon Valley and want to find a decent room, saying that you want the price to be lower than the government's business travel standards, I strongly recommend staying here.

Always there to help. Very good customer service and also the cleanliness was immaculate. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a decent clean hotel. They were very detailed with the towels so nice.

After a very, very long travel day, we discovered our reservation at another hotel had been “lost”. Luckily, the Westin more than made up for it. Vera and Abigail at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay a great one. They offered to check us in right away or wait a bit for a more spacious room. We elected to wait. They efficiently stored our luggage while we took a quick walk before returning to our fabulous room. Birthday saved! Ill Fornaio’s breakfast was another home run. It was so good that we returned a week later to enjoy the excellent food and service once more before heading home to Nashville. The valets were equally helpful. Thank you, Vera and Abigail! When we arrived (in a TRIP from LA) we asked to use the restroom. They do not have a restroom to be used. You have to use your room restroom. The checkin process took 90 minutes (yes: 90 minutes). The person has no training on how to use the computer. She did not organized a line for the checkin. People arrived and she just bypass those that were waiting for the checkin earlier. After 90 minutes she gave us a room upstairs saying that there were no rooms available on the ground floor. After carrying all the baggage (4 people - including to children) upstairs, we entered the room and there was a strong smell of cigaret smoking (the hotel says it's smoking free). We came back to the checkin and, after 20' more minutes she gave us a room on the ground floor. We entered the room and SAME PROBLEM. Strong cigaret smoke smelling. We were just too tired to go to another hotel and we decided to spend the night at this location. Turned the heat on and a smell of wired/plastic burn started. Tuner heat despite the cold weather. The carpet was dirty and the sheets smells cigaret. In the middle of the night a car alarm started buzzing in front our our room. What a nightmare. They offer ”breakfast” however the breakfast is served in the checkin room. No tables, no chairs, only a 2 seats sofa. What a nightmare. Thanks god I spent only one night at this place. Terrible and very expensive. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The hotel is close to the street, and it is really noisy at night, don't stay close to the street. Health is OK, the toilet has a separate shower is not bad. There is a supermarket bank nearby and the transportation is convenient.

Super clean loved the room the service was amazing

The hotel is very new and very clean. Parking can be parked on the side of the road for free. It takes 20 knives to stop in the underground garage. The people in the hotel have to help stop it. They can't stop by themselves, but no one helps to stop at Christmas, so they will stop by themselves, and they will stop for a while.
