We stayed at this all-inclusive resort expecting a relaxing and fun getaway, but unfortunately, it fell short in several key areas.
Cons:
• Plumbing issues: We had problems with the plumbing in our room, and when we brought it to the staff’s attention, they were unwilling to switch us to another room. It felt like our concerns weren’t taken seriously. The photos attached shows the plumbing issues. Toilet was running yellow/brown water, the sink was running yellow water, and the shower was not draining. All those photos were shown to the staff and they informed us to keep the water running for 5 mins until it’s clear. It did not clear so we demanded to be moved to a different room.
• Food was mediocre: The buffet was average at best, and while the resort advertised other dining options for dinner only, those restaurants were reservation-only and not open during our stay — very disappointing.
• Lack of activities/amenities: There wasn’t much to do on-site, and the limited amenities made it feel more like a basic hotel than a full-service resort.
• Unhelpful staff: Most of the staff were not proactive. We had to initiate every interaction — they rarely approached us or offered help unless we went out of our way to ask.
Pros:
• The bartenders and servers were the highlight. They kept the drinks flowing, were friendly, and made the best of an otherwise underwhelming experience.
Overall, the resort has potential but needs serious improvements in customer service, facilities maintenance, and dining options to be worth recommending.

Necesitan actualizar sus APP para la reserva en los restaurants que tienen para la noche, el menu era completamente diferente al que vi en la APP, las bebidas preparadas malisimas, como que las hacen con lo mas barato, probamos varias y toda malisimas. La comida, mas o menos les falta mas variedad en el menu, su personal super amable, todos los meseros super atentos y amables. Hacen mucha diferencia de los clientes extranjeros contra los nacionales lo cual vi bastante mal, es buen Hotel y sobre todo tiene muy buena ubicación.

Didn’t like the rooms at all, very dirty and the bathroom smelled really bad. Room cleaning was very slow and we had to call 4 time in order to get our room cleaned or to even get clean towels. Kids pool was filthy dirty and disgusting. Staff in some areas were completely clueless and not helpful at all. Pool water was heated and it was too hot and not pleasant. Elevator doors close too quickly and injured my waited arm and I saw another man also get hurt.
Overall, 1 star rating and I’d not go back to this property and I would not refer it to others.
