Although the hotel is not very close to the dock, the boss is a German, the environment is comfortable and clean, the staff inside is really good, the people are particularly good and special and responsive, the hotel meal tastes good. We came back from Oslob because of the next night's flight. Because there is no place for the Duma to go, after checking out, the hotel is still outside the room for an afternoon to take a bath and eat. The trip to the Philippines has lived in three hotels. It was the most satisfying one. The sister who checked in at the front desk gave a hug and felt very sad that they were really attentive. 10 points recommend that everyone to go to the Duma to live this house will not be disappointed, if you have the opportunity to go again, you will definitely live here.

Gee! This is one of those places that are reviewed at FIVE STAR and you go to find out… they really deserve it! I LOVE this place! The front desk staff REALLY set the mood for any stay, and these ladies REALLY warm your hearts with genuine smiles, humorous wit, complete professionalism, and charming & welcoming personalities! A1, 100% could not be any better. First class. The best! The names I most recall are Ariane & Jora, as they truly practice excellence in this sometimes difficult profession. The rooms are soooooooo clean! So to all the unnamed people who do this job, THANK YOU! They have a breakfast served almost all day, plus a lite menu. Delicious, affordable, and prompt. As they say this province, it’s LAAMI KAAYO! Great fresh smoothies too! The owner is a pure Filipino corporation, so no weird overseas influences. I like that. Plus the have a meeting/banquet facility, beautiful swimming pool although I didn’t try it out, great lobby, and I think 28 overall rooms. The only thing I hope…. Is after all these well-deserved 5-STAR ratings, please don’t raise prices! I will come here again and again and again. Truly love this place! Home away from home.

Staff was very friendly and genuine. Breakfast was also really great with 3 options (continental, American and Filipino). There was also possible to adjust a bit like stronger coffee, less baked bacon or 1 egg only. Furniture and decoration is also very beautiful. I also really appreciated the cleaning staff to put of their shoes/slipper when entering the room for cleaning. If I can make a few improvements it is. Bed cover was only 1 sheet. A blanket or a more thick bed cover would be nice. More variety in fridge like cola, diet coke or sprite More punctual in coffee sachets refills and towels (if one is on the ground placed for replacement. But overall it was good value for money Staff always smiled and was friendly. Location is also great. Close to boulevard and 50’meter swimming pool is only 20’minutes walking distance. Don’t forget to give the small local restaurants a try. I really enjoyed the Dumaguete experience also because of you 🙏

We stayed only overnight at this unique beautiful botique hotel as we have to fly the following day to Manila . We were immediately greeted by a very special and charming lady by the name of February, very sweet and charming ! Welcome drink was really timely after 1 hour ride from Zambuanquita where we had our hotel for the Apo island diving the night before. What makes this hotel special is how friendly and accommodating the staff were, not to mention the Philippine hut style “igloo” & beautiful interior design.The role model for how to “treat” a guest is the GM & Operations Manager, Marlon Navarro. I am a Filipino expat who had lived over 40 years in Europe and just on a diving & golf safari with my buddy but I have never seen an “over the top” hospitality from a hotel manager. Marlon answered all our enquiries including where to have a nice dinner, bar to hang out, sightseeing and spa. For spa, don’t miss the hotel spa especially with Jess - one of my best massages in the Philippines. Also, as Marlon noticed that I have an Austrian guest who is a little bit inquisitive about the area, brought us even by himself to the Boulevard as my friend is quite tall for a “tuktuk” (our local Tricicle). I wish UNWND all the success in the world and without a doubt, with Marlon under it’s helm, it will be the top hotel in Dumaguete in due time. Thank you so much for this “unusual “ experience! We stayed here for over a week. The hotel is simple but very clean. Rooms are ample in size. WiFi is strong. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. It’s location is also great since it’s near restaurants and groceries. Great for business travelers or folks looking for a nice safe place to stay while visiting Dumaguete. Easily accessible to public transportation but also with ample parking if you have your own vehicle.

Take a 5 pm cargo ship from the LA LANA pier in Tin Island to the LILO-ON pier in Cebu. It's dark at 7 o'clock ashore, take the last yellow bus back to Cebu South Station, and tell the ticket seller the name address, about 10-15 minutes almost there. When checking in, take the initiative to ask if you want to see a whale shark. If needed, provide early calling and queuing services. A 50ps service fee will be added on the basis of 1000ps. The booked triple room has poor conditions and must be mentally prepared. After all, it is only one night. The next day at 5 o’clock, someone called the door to wake up, walked about 8 minutes to the whale shark point after the assembly, and started to watch the whale shark at about 6 o'clock. The first boat set off and the store agent was very powerful in line. The other is their own restaurant. The dishes are very delicious and definitely the most delicious in 9 days in the Philippines! !! !!

The rooms were very, very small. There was noise from people walking and being loud in the hallway at random times during the night, which woke me up. Also, our room didn't lock. They offer free breakfast (choice bud-bud or toast), but the bud-bud wasn't available and the toast isn't much. Wifi didn't work during the evening/night. We didn't mind this but all in all I feel like it wasn't worth the price. However, the atmosphere seemed nice and laidback. Couches, books, art, etc. (Hoping they will get rid of the very small fish tank though)

I stayed here last week together with my husband. Our room is nice, very spacious, air-conditioned room and hot shower. Unfortunately, I have to ask the receptionist for our bath towels and I hope next time it was already at the room by the time we check in. The remote control of the tv also does not function well. I also saw some webs on the ceilings of the comfort room. I suggest to clean properly the CR and repair minor amenities of the room. But still, I love to stay over and over again in this hotel since it's very accessible in the downtown area. Thank you. I hope my review helps the management to do the best service they can to customers. Thank you.

Really enjoyed my stay there for 4 weeks they treated my really nice involved me in there Christmas party really enjoyed being there only problem I had which is very minor to correct is the WiFi to the rooms very poor shame because I needed it to run my business but the overall stay was really nice
