Best Hotels near T-Mobile, San Jose

I recently stayed because of work and having recently moved to the area was unfamiliar with the Larkspur Landing Franchise. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this location. When I arrived at 3pm to check-in there was of course a long line of people trying to check-in at the sane time. Melissa was working, the lobby was full, she managed to check-in and completely clear out the line in the lobby in less than 15min ALONE, Impressive. The entire staff, extremely friendly, and would greet you with a genuine smile and ask you how your day was going when you walk through the hotel. The rooms are equipped with full size fridge, dishwasher, and the rooms actually have dishes, I have stayed in hotels that had a kitchen but didn’t provide dishes for travelers. Who travels with dishes? The beds are comfortable and there is a large workstation with actual office chairs. I was able to set up my laptop and create a work station which was so helpful to be able to not have to go to a FedEx to do my work. And they provided breakfast for guests, laundry(no charge), the list goes on. This truly is one of the best hotels and I would highly recommend it to those traveling for work and families too. The hotel is quiet at night, not filled with sketchy people, and the parking lot is huge and well lit with cameras. I travel alone and felt totally safe the entire trip. This is a very small boutique hotel which is best for business travelers that are only there for a couple days. I was here for a conference and the overall stay was nice. All of the hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and provided great customer service. The rooms were somewhat modern with the exception of wear and tear in the bathroom and the old school ac unit in the wall.

The hotel was nice and clean . I would have giving it 5 stars had it not been for a lady named Efren in guest services. I have never felt so disrespected and treated like garbage by someone who’s job is hospitality. Even check out time is 12 a cleaning walked right in! No knocking. But that’s not my major issue. That lady Efren made me feel worthless and I need to speak to a manager ASAP to discuss the full details becuz this is unheard of! To even yell n raise ur voice to a customer?!? I wasn’t rude or irate. I just had a question and concern. I will be sharing this experience on every platform,social media, even the better business bureau. No one deserves this treatment. I’m so upset and my anxiety is in high gear. Thanks to efren I will have a sleepless night because I’m very upset. There’s plenty more to add. I’d rather speak to a manger or someone who will not let it fall on death ears. I know there’s a lot of reviews that come in but this not only needs to be FULLY addressed but I truly deserve a sincere apologies for this huge negative effect. There’s as many hotels around you’d think this place would value the ones they have. I’d even put up with the cleaning lady walking In unannounced and before checkout. She even apologized. I hate the distance to Santa Cruz from this hotel and we passed quite a few others. So I don’t know what manager is doing or are aware of this but it’s unacceptable. Even if it just happened once. I treally really would appreciate a response. And please not a generic response. I apologize if I come across stern. I’m not. I’m total opposite. I’m just really really upset and offended

This is the best hotel to stay in the whole of South Bay Area including Cupertino, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Palo Alto and San Jose. I have been so impressed with the service of all the employees and specifically Madison as she not only helped me at the front desk but I saw that she was prompt to answer my questions and provide appropriate response through the Hilton Honors App too. The Hilton brand experience is also amazing at this place and all the amenities are to the point like Parking, Restaurant, Fitness Centre etc.

Excellent hotel with excellent location, extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff, she made our trip more interesting with her advices & tips about the city, supermarket ,shops, restaurants bars, etc. I would highly recommend this hotel to everybody! It is a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again reception staff for going just that little extra step for us!!!

From start to finish I really enjoyed Marriott Courtyard Campbell. I called ahead to review information about the hotel and talked to a gentleman named Wally. He was super informative and helpful. When I arrived he also addressed me professionally and was very helpful during the duration of my stay. I would say he exemplifies outstanding customer service. I use Marriott all the time and have not been this impressed or pleased in along time. Plus it is close to home for a nice getaway. Thanks Wally!

There is a park supermarket nearby, shopping and leisure are convenient, you can cook... there is laundry in all directions, CVS, trader Joe, whole food ...Ross a lot of food

There is a parking lot, there are Dahua 99 supermarkets nearby, and many Chinese restaurants! Have breakfast, but the simpler one! Can't know if you have an extra bed, but you can stay for 4 people when you book! Hotel location is very good, next to the 280 road, opposite the Apple headquarters!

This is a great place to stay if you are fussy on cleanliness! The staff, are friendly, helpful, kind and caring. Shey and Jesi are 2 staff members l got to know, all, are more than accommodating!! A very enjoyable experience, clean, safe and quiet. I have already booked this hotel for friends that will be coming to visit. The pool and jacuzzi are a great place for some down time! Thanks to all the staff for creating/maintaining this wonderful place!!
