Room was clean and well equipped in general. But I found the power of the shower lacking and would prefer the toilet light not to be switched on automatically at night.

Originally, there was a free laundry room under this Element, and the laundry beads/dishwashing beads were all free. Now they are charging. It would be fine if they charged, but the usual payment was coin-operated. As a result, they had to use a special laundry app. The mobile phone signal in the United States is already poor, and the hotel's Wi-Fi is not very good. The laundry room is on the first floor and has neither mobile phone signal nor network signal. I could only look for a signal in and out of the laundry room for 20 minutes before I downloaded the app.
Then the payment app needs to be linked to a credit card, but who would bring a credit card when doing laundry! So I had to go back to the room to find the credit card! Then I had to recharge the app from the credit card! Recharge!

Then I had to scan the QR code on the washing machine to start it! It took a lot of effort to finally scan it, and I thought I could control the washing machine remotely through the app, so I walked out of the laundry room!
I walked back to the room and found that I had to click on the washing machine to start washing!
