Element San Jose Airport

Originally, there was a free laundry room under this Element, and the laundry beads/dishwashing beads were all free. Now they are charging. As a result, they had to use a special laundry app. The mobile phone signal in the United States is already poor, and the hotel's Wi-Fi is not very good. The laundry room is on the first floor and has neither mobile phone signal nor network signal. I could only look for a signal in and out of the laundry room for 20 minutes before I downloaded the app. Then the payment app needs to be linked to a credit card, but who would bring a credit card when doing laundry! So I had to go back to the room to find the credit card! Then I had to recharge the app from the credit card! Recharge! It's 2025! Then I had to scan the QR code on the washing machine to start it! It took a lot of effort to finally scan it, and I thought I could control the washing machine remotely through the app, so I walked out of the laundry room! I walked back to the room and found that I had to click on the washing machine to start washing! So I had to go back and figure it out again - I don't know how to make a product in China... Why force it to go on the road

The room is spacious, well-equipped, and convenient for transportation. Except for cleaning once every two days, everything else is good

It is very close to the company and the airport. There are gyms and washing machines inside. It is generally convenient. However! The sound insulation is very poor. I could hear the Korean people next door clearly on the phone:(
