Super nice, clean, friendly place. Lots of places to eat, and things to do. Was downtown. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back.

One of the worst hotel. It is located in the downtown San Jose. But the lobby door is not connected to parking lot. The worst part was their charging system. I stayed there for two night and they charged three times without any explanation so i had to figure out what they charged for. It’s old building and room condition was bad. In the room i could smell something bad (i guess bad smell was from the ac and heater) and the chair had the worst smell. I put my clothes on the chair and i couldnt wear it before i cleaned them.

The hotel environment is great, clean and hygienic, the service is enthusiastic and discerning, the room is spacious, the view is wide, the sound insulation is also very good, everything is answered, and the ladies are all beautiful

Clean and hygienic The front desk of the hotel is very welcoming. The hotel’s own parking lot is expensive. There is a large public parking lot next door.

The staff was facility itself were very good. The issues we had were the noise from outside. Rumble and bells from the light rail that runs next to the building was the main source. Loud cars also contributed significantly.

the hotel and hotel staff were A - great front desk service and the room was immaculate. :)
the attached restaurant, however, was odd. service was not great and the food was subpar.
i'd stay at the hotel again - but i'd choose another place to eat.

Didn’t care for the excessive charge of $39 for guests to park their car in a uncovered street level lot, with no security. Not safe to have to walk down the side walk around the building to the front side doors to the lobby of the hotel. That’s my only complaint, other than that everything was great.

This was the last-minute trip decided it to book a room here. Everything was great, and the hotel staff was very accommodating. The room is very modern and spacious. But if you’re a light sleeper, I will recommend rooms in the back since the light rail train runs in front of the hotel. You can hear the bell ringing all night.
