Happy to stay here. Good location, decent breakfast, free shuttle to SJC.

The room is large, the actual bed is only big enough for two people to sleep, the bathroom is separated, there is a sensor light in the shower room, and there are small lights on both sides of the bed, breakfast in the morning until 9:30 on weekends, and until 9:00 on weekdays

I stayed for 5 nights and only cleaned once. I asked the front desk and said that it is now cleaned the next day by default

Close to the company, convenient for traveling, basically satisfied.

The room is very good. When we made the reservation, we left a message saying that we need two connecting rooms. The store kindly left us two connecting suites that can be opened in the middle!

I stay here often and the room and staff are always up to par. My room on the second floor was a disappointment because I had to keep the blackout curtains drawn to block the abusive garage lights. They lit the whole room so no sunrise to wake up to.

We loved our stay at "Springhill Suites by Marriot" at SJ, CA. Staff is amazing, kind, always willing to help. They offer the services of airport shuttle and luggage storage free of charge. Since our room was ready, they let us in it before the usual check in at 11am; check out is at noon. Room was clean, beds confortable, smelled good, we slept nicely and warm. Buffet breakfast was delicious, abundant and varied. They have on site laundry service by the guest. Overall, we very much recommend this hotel!

My stay at SpringHills Suites was very pleasant from beginning to end. I requested a room away from the ice machine and the elevator. Immediately after sending the request, I received email saying they were happy to accommodate me. I’ve never had a response from any hotel before this! It certainly made a good first impression. Checking in was easy. They gave me a little bag with water and cookies, a welcome treat after a long drive. The room was perfect. Clean, quiet, and a comfortable bed with lovely bedding. The bathroom was well appointed with a little sink in the toilet room and fluffy towels for the shower. There’s a small bar and grill just of the lobby. We had a hamburger and a Caesar salad with chicken. Both were excellent. The location is excellent, close to the airport and freeways. The parking garage is well lit and has adequate spaces. And, finally, checkout time is a gracious 12:00 noon instead of the usual 11:00 a.m.

This hotel was affordable and the ammenitie were great, especially the free breakfast!

Great location for 49ers vs Lions NFC Championship Game. Light Rail System Metro Stop just a couple blocks away made going to the Game & to San Pedro Square the night before really convienent. Hotel lobby adjoins w/Residence Inn.

Staff was friendly, breakfast decent, parking spaces tight for larger suvs and the internet was a pain.
