Near Airport for San Jose. GOOD Location. But one side Room near the main road. Very nosiy.

This hotel had terrible reviews earlier in the year but my visit was very nice. Yes, it's next to the highway but that is "white noise" to me. Conveniently located near SJC as well as the VTS light rail. The pool looked very nice and was heated. I will stay here again

The hotel in general was but the room facilities were a bit older than what I expected.

The hotel is large and will hold large events. The rooms are also large and have small balconies. However, the facilities and equipment are very old. It is relatively close to the airport. There is a shuttle bus every 20 minutes.

After checking out, I found that I left my sunglasses at the hotel when I arrived at the airport. It took less than an hour. I called back and they said I had to fill out a form and wait for a reply. After waiting for two days, they said that lost property was outsourced to other companies. I have stayed in so many hotels and have never heard of such a thing. The hotel did not even fulfill its most basic responsibility. Bad review!!!

Well, what more can I say, the service and facilities at Double Tree have always been the epitome of high quality. Don't forget to ask for his Cookies, they are delicious and free. It can shorten the distance between foodies. Free bus on time, convenient to go to the airport
