We stayed here for two nights as a kind of staycation, using it as a base to go to Gilroy Gardens. It was relatively clean and the staff were nice. But it was lacking in some ways. My pillowcase had a visible stain on it, for example, and the water pressure in the shower wasn't great, although not the worst I've experienced. On the first morning we went to breakfast an hour before it ended and there was no food left. People kept saying that they were going to replenish, but we couldn't wait that long and just bought some breakfast on the road. We didn't even attempt breakfast the second morning, but there was no hot water to get tea. In the room, it was hard to get cold water. (Weird, I know; it's usually the other way around.) So I put water in glasses and put the glasses in the fridge overnight. Where was it easy to get freezing cold water? The pool. It's not heated, so don't attempt if the weather isn't super, super hot. We were actually really, REALLY disappointed that there was no hot tub. It's one of the things we all look forward to in hotel stays. I was also surprised that I was not allowed to have a one-hour delayed check-out considering my hotel status. The toiletries provided were nice, and there was plenty of hot water--4 of us were able to shower back to back with no loss of hot water. It was nice to have a large fridge and kitchenette area, and the beds were comfy. We also didn't hear much noise from neighbors. Overall, I doubt we'd stay here again, if only because there's no hot tub and the pool isn't heated. But if you're just looking for a place to sleep and nothing else, it's absolutely fine.
