A very pleasant stay at the HG Jardin de Minorca in April 2025.
The room was spacious, the balcony pleasant with a beautiful view. The only downside was the king-size bed, which was actually two beds pushed together, and the dampness in the bathroom, which lacked a mechanical ventilation system. The kitchenette was small and provided the bare minimum for those who wanted to cook for themselves. The food was good, with plenty of choice, both at breakfast and dinner, including a grilled fish dish every evening.
The swimming pool, with its three pools, is magnificent and very well maintained but not heated.
All the rooms, restaurant, bar, terrace, and outdoor areas were very clean and pleasant. A highly recommended establishment.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the standard of accommodation and services. What made it so special was the helpful, courteous and kindness of the staff (in particular Rafael in the dining room and Helena at reception). The de luxe suite lived up to its name and we did appreciate the kitchen facilities in the room. We are in our 80s and with our room where it was, we didn’t have any stairs to hinder us.

This is my second stay here with my children and partner, I absolutely love how peaceful this hotel is, you always feel safe there no loud crowds, if your looking for a calming tranquil holiday thos is your hotel there more busy ones down in the town but not as good an calming as thos one, it's only a 10 min walk to the beach but they have a free shuttle that takes you and picks you up through the day, the hotel is immaculate through out and the food in the restaurant is always so nice lots to choose from there is also a shop on site right at the entrance with all u need, look forward to coming back again next year perfect relaxing family holiday 🌞

The hotel is very clean and our room was excellent. The staff do a great job and the room prep was excellent and very clean. The hotel is quite a long way from Son Bou centre and I could imagine with small families it could be difficult, even knowing there is a shuttle service from the hotel and back free of charge. We stayed Bed and Breakfast and enjoyed the selections, but on an evening the selections were much the same on 2 evenings we tried and the reason why my score was a 4.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The welcome was very warm and although our room wasn’t ready we could use their facilities and they rang us to say when we could check in. The room was large, bed was comfortable and room kept extremely clean. Bathroom could have done with an update as tiles and ceiling looked older. Balcony was fine with table and two chairs. If you like quiet on your balcony I would suggest not being in block 6b as they overlook the restaurant and all the noise that comes with it (scraping chairs especially) There are 3 pools (2 suitable for children and one more for swimming). Plenty of sun beds. We had booked breakfast which was nice with plenty of choice and the bread always seemed fresh. The evening meal did not change much in the two times we ate there and very little in the way of vegetables. The complex is about a 20-25 min walk from Son Bou itself but there is a courtesy bus. There is a well stocked supermarket right next door. We enjoyed our holiday here and would probably return.

It is frustrating for residents as the staff park their cars on residential side streets then leave them there all day to go to work. If you go in and out and have groceries you cannot park outside your own property to unload. It is a shame as there are parking bays on the way up the hill and at the top of the hill on the street, which would not disrupt residents. They should show more consideration.
