Hacienda Motel

As got there, I had reserve the room, an when I talk to the night manager He told me that I didn't have any reservations and didn't have any rooms. As I drove to the other side of the parking place. I got on my cell phone to check my emails to see any charges was on my account. And yes my card was charged,and he stopped me and asked me back to the counter. He realizes that I know he charged my card and gave me a room but he asked my for a $20 dollars reserve room charge. He thinks he trying to hustle me after they charged my card. This guy is making lots of excuses and tried hustling me. I told him that when you charged my card that is the whole payment of $91. When it price started at $67 on *******. Other I'm handicap n the shower head is a weird position that made the bathroom floor covered with water slipper when wet. Well I took the towels n cleaned up the water off the floor. I always clean up everything before I left and apparently they check under everything cause I found a few things that belongs in the trash.. over all room wasn't that bad but night management needs to be replaced

This is the definition of roach motel the WORST PLACE EVER! if you like dirty stained sheets, Cockroaches evrywher, than this the place for you. We Have pictures of the cockroaches in the bathroom crawling on cieling, and pincher bugs in our bed with burnholes everywhere nothing is clean completely unsanitary.0 amenities.

It was okay the tv was barely working and it had roaches but you get what you pay for.

The only thing I liked was that my car was right in front of my room , everything else is just not good

Only place available on the night I was there room was dirty and just not a great experience

There was roaches under the sheets and the room smelled very unclean. I had to get a refund and find other accommodations. I believe you should reevaluate them as a facility you advertise to your customers.

Very nice weather out dated rooms and very unfriendly staff.No trust but price was great !!!

Ice machine "out of order" (Looked like it hadn't been used this decade) A/C unit was TINY Pool closed before the sun even went down 20$ NON NEGOTIABLE cash deposit for the TV remote control (I don't keep cash on me, nor do I watch TV) ....so, that was fun, went to an A**, got charged a $3 fee to pull $20 for a remote control I'm not going to use. Paper thin pillows, no hot water, cigarette smell came in through the bathroom vent. More fun. Don't stay here
